Zechariah 4:6 So he said to me, "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ’Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD Almighty. (NIV)

When Zerubbabel returned from exile along with some other Jews they began the rebuild of the temple. Zerubbabel was one of the leaders in the work of rebuilding God's temple. They had oppositions and difficulties in the course of the work. 

God's word came to Zerubbabel through Zechariah the Prophet, Zechariah 4:9 "The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this temple; his hands will also complete it. Then you will know that the LORD Almighty has sent me to you.

God was determined that Zerubbabel would complete the rebuilding of the temple. And all that Zerubbabel required was the Spirit of God. Zechariah 4:6 So he said to me, "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ’Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD Almighty.

All that you require as a Christian is the Holy Spirit. You cannot even function with the Word without Him because He is the only One who guides into the truth. 
When Jesus was about to leave His disciples to ascend to heaven. He gave them instruction on what they should do in regard to the Gospel. But He told them to do nothing until they received the Holy Spirit. Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

All the disciples required to preach the Gospel was not their experience of following Jesus nor anything else but the Holy Spirit, even though their experience was important. 

You might have other advantages in life, maybe your academic qualifications, connections or wealth, but if you would make lasting impact you will need more than these. It takes the Holy Spirit to fulfill God's purpose for one's life and make a true difference. If you have been wondering how you will be a true blessing to your world all you require is the Holy Spirit.

PRAYER

Precious Father I am grateful for blessing me with the Gift of the Holy Spirit. Dear Holy Spirit I acknowledge and appreciate your work and Ministry in my life. I take advantage of your presence, power and Person to bless my world and make an eternal difference, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. Chapter 2 Episode 2 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW Romans 13:8-10 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.
