To successfully live the life that God has given you requires the help of His Spirit. That's the reason He sent Him to live in you and to be with you. He has a ministry in your life to guide you into all the truth; truth in righteousness, kindness, marriage, business, circumstances, prosperity, continuous progress etc.  You succeed in life only when the Holy Spirit succeed in His Ministry in your life. For who can bring them to see what will happen after them? (NIV) The above scripture tells us that there is nothing better for a person than to enjoy their work. God expects you to enjoy your work; to find pleasure and fulfilment in it. God did not intend life for suffering. Suffering is man-made (intentionally or unintentionally). God did not design work to be man's source. Ephesians 4:28 Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with their own hands, THAT THEY MAY HAVE SOMETHING TO SHARE WITH THOSE IN NEED. This means, there is a set time for specific things in one's life and a season for certain activities. So when an activity occurs in your life it is not just because you wanted it but that it is its season. That also means when you want something to happen in your life and it doesn't, it means it is not yet its time or season.  Often when we want something we think 'now' is the right time but 'now' may not be the right time or season. Desire cannot overrule time and season, and it shouldn't be allowed. If things happen before their time they won't be matured, not grounded and as such won't endure. BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 19th FEBRUARY 2026 REVELATION GUIDES Proverbs 29:18 Where there is no revelation, people cast off restraint; but blessed is the one who heeds wisdom’s instruction. (NIV) Restraint means restriction. Revelation here means insight into the true state of things. What do you see? What is your vision? What you see is your revelation. What is the true state of your health? Do you live your life based on what people say? You have to have revelation, knowledge and insight to guide your life. Without which you would cast off restraint. A life that is not restrained shipwrecks. Your life has to be guided; not every way is a way, every direction doesn't leads home. The only thing that can successfully guide your life is the Word of God. (NIV) It's like in a law court, the complainant brings charges against the defendant, then his lawyer comes out to take side with him; to speak for him.  The Holy Spirit is your lawyer; He takes side with you in the issues of life. He speaks for you.  Though you are born again negative thoughts and voices won't stop coming to you. And one sure thing it does is to condemn you; to make you feel and see yourself lesser than the Word says you really are. If you did something wrong that voice would sprang up and tell you that God's children doesn't do such, that you are not truly a child of God, making you feel terrible of yourself. (KJV) Reading this scripture blows the mind. The natural man would never accept its truth. Many would argue, 'how can you say we are as Jesus is?' But it's right there in the Bible. It's the Word that says so. Another reason people don't agree is that they don't really know how Jesus was when He walked this earth.  How was Jesus when He walked this earth? How different was His physical appearance from the people of His day? Physically Jesus was no different. He ate like everyone else, drank water, used toilet. Jesus was tired like everyone else, He was tempted, He was hungry, His clothes were dirty and He washed them. He was born a little baby and grew to become a man like everyone else. BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 16th FEBRUARY 2026 BURDEN IS ESSENTIAL Matthew 11:28-30 "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." (NIV) It's important to take note of what the Lord Jesus said in this above scriptures. He invites the weary and the burdened, and offers them rest. But He didn't stop there He asks them to take up His yoke and said "For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." He didn't say there is no burden but that the burden is light. Burden is essential. Someone has to have a burden, a concern, a pursuit. Something you live for. Everyone in the world has a burden. Everyone is living for something.
