DO IT WITH JOY

Isaiah 12:3 With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation. (NIV)

Productivity comes with joy. If you would do it with joy you would be far more productive with it. You find people who complain about not being productive in their endeavour, perhaps they have been at it for several years but no result to show for it. If you carefully examine them you would discover that they have been at without joy. 

Do whatever you do with joy. It may not be lucrative but if you consistently keep at it joyfully not long it would become more productive and lucrative. Never undermine the power of joy. Our theme scripture Isaiah 12:3 says "With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation."

That simply means, with joy you will draw profit from your business, with joy you will draw promotion from your job, with joy you will draw peace from your home. With joy you will bring forth prosperity. 

It's not so much about what you do but how you do it. Do it with joy. You may say "I don't like my job, I want something else." If you would do it with joy it will become a joy to you. The problem is not the kind of job but your kind of attitude. Don't do anything with disdain and hatred it will affect you badly. Cultivate joy!

You may not instinctively find joy in what you do but you can cultivate and develop it through a deliberate joyous attitude. Don't wait until you find feeling of joy; express joy irrespectively; practice joy, talk joy and act joyfully. Do it with joy and become far more productive and effective.

CONFESSION

I give deliberate attention to what I do, and express joy in it. I have the spirit joy and it is not based on feelings. With my expression of joy I draw water from the wells of salvation, I become far more productive, effective and efficient as I express joy in what I do, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
