TIME FACTOR

Ecclesiastes 9:11 I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all. (NIV)

What the Bible says in essence in this above scripture is that success is not down to effort only but time and chance too. In other words there is a time factor to success, and interestingly time factor also applies to failure. 
Success and failure has time factor. You can't deem someone a success or failure until you have given them time to succeed or fail. Afford yourself some time --- keep working.

Before you draw a conclusion on your pursuit, before you say you can't, apply time factor. How long have you been at it? Don't use people's definition of time to run your life or you would ruin your life. Don't let anyone tell you that you are too late or too early. Have your own timescale through the Word of God. 

God's timing for your life has to do with His purpose for your life. When you come on the stage of life, how long you stay on the stage and when you exit the stage is not what matters but what you accomplished while on stage. Jesus spent three years on the stage of life (the spotlight) but accomplished for all time the salvation of man. 

Don't let people hurry you out of God's timing into man's timing. When they say you are too late God says you are right on time. You just started a business they say you are not making progress, then you are already thinking of changing the business. There is a time factor to it, give yourself some time.

It's not all down to efforts, there is a time factor and you can't skip it.
Let's read our theme scripture again, Ecclesiastes 9:11 I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all.

CONFESSION

I acknowledge that time and process goes together, so I give myself some time while I work through the process. I refuse to yield to the pressure of men but allow the process of time to have its full course while I work my way to the top, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
