THE ACTIVENESS OF GOD

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. (NIV)

The word of God is alive and active. Think about that for a moment. God's Word is alive and active. His spoken word is His activeness. In other words if God wanted to do anything He does it simply by His spoken word. If you want Him to move or act in a particular situation all you need is to hear His word concerning that situation. 

The Father never leaves His throne. He doesn't move around trying to fix things. If He wanted to get things done in the north, south, east or west He only speaks the Word and have it done. He gets active in a place, situation or circumstance by giving His Word concerning such a situation, circumstance or place.
When you want God to intervene or get into a situation for you, listen to His Word concerning such a situation. That word is His intervention. 

All the miracles the Lord Jesus performed was by the Word. When God created the world it was by the Word. That tells us something, even if God were physically present with you today He would still use His Word to change situations for you. His activeness is His Word. This means that it makes no difference, we can do things by His Word in my mouth. The Lord Jesus healed by speaking the Word.
Matthew 8:16 When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick.

That's why it's important you listen to God's voice when you pray. When you receive His Word you have received the answer and solution. Speaking that Word you have received lies the healing, solution and answer. 

PRAYER

Precious Father, I thank You for your Word. I acknowledge that your Word is alive and active. The Word you have given concerning my life is your intervention in my life. And through my faith in your Word I shall have the results of what it says, in Jesus' Name. Amen!

WISDOM KEEPS YOU FROM ADULTERY Nothing destroys a man or woman than sexual immorality, and more so adultery. But if you heed to wisdom it will keep you from this.
