BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 31st OCTOBER 2025 IT WILL END IN PRAISE Psalms 30:5 ...weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning. (NIV) Challenges will always surface in a man's life but if he sticks to God those challenges end in praise. No challenge has the ability to pull down a man who refuses to be pulled down. Challenges are normal but to be brought down under them is abnormal.  Trouble always comes, weeping may stay for the night but rejoicing always come in the morning. There is that night in every man's life. That time when everything seems unclear. You try to find clarity and certainty going forward but to no avail. It is that time when everything seems to fail. That night is the time when you are alone in a situation. But it doesn't end there, morning follows after every night. Every night has a morning. No night without a morning. That is, no trouble, predicament or situation without an end. There is an end to ever...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 30th OCTOBER 2025 YOU ARE NOT A SPECTATOR Hebrews 12:1 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, (NIV) The great cloud of witnesses referred in this above scripture are the saints who have gone to heaven, our Fathers of faith; Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Peter, Paul, John and all the rest. The Bible says we are surrounded by them. They are our spectators, they cheer us on in our walk of faith. They are done with their work here on earth and are now spectators. But there are those on earth who have made themselves spectators. Life is not for lookers. You don't look, you participate. Get involved! Earth belongs to those on earth. You have a say in the earth. What you do or say has impact in this world. Don't be a spectator; don't watch. Take up a role and play ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 29th OCTOBER 2025 HE IS COMMITTED TO YOUR LIFE Philippians 1:6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. (NIV) God has greater desire for you to succeed in life than you could ever have. The good course you pursue in life are inspired in you by God. Because we don't see God with our optical eyes we don't know how much He is committed to our success. God wants you to succeed and He works to that effect. You might be faced with great challenges in your pursuits in life. And then you think of giving up or charting a different course. But He is always at work in you to bring to pass those good works He began. He is committed to your success.  Maybe you got a clear approval from God on the project you embarked on but midway you couldn't make any head-way. Don't get confused and wonder if God abandoned you. Just because there are challenges ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 28th OCTOBER 2025 USE HIS WORDS Jeremiah 1:9-10 Then the LORD reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, "I have put my words in your mouth. See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant." (NIV) God's word is your right and authority. Whenever He gives you His word concerning anything, that word is your authority over that thing. When He puts words in your mouth He has put power in your mouth. You can't be any more powerful than God's word in your mouth.  He wanted Prophet Jeremiah to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant. All He did was to reach out His hand and put His words in his mouth. By those words He appointed him (gave him authority) over nations and Kingdoms. His word is His appointment. When you receive God's word you receive an appointment (an authorisation) to carry out ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 27th OCTOBER 2025 YOU ARE HIS OWN BODY Ephesians 5:29-30 No one ever hates his own body, but feeds and takes care of it. And that is what Christ does for the church, because we are parts of his body. (NCV) The Bible says that Jesus is the head of His body; the church. Of which every one of us is an essential member. This is not figuratively nor will it be a reality when we get to heaven. It is here and now; it is our now and forever reality. It began when Jesus was raised from the dead, for we were raised together with Him.  Ephesians 5:29-30 says "No one ever hates his own body, but feeds and takes care of it. And that is what Christ does for the church, because we are parts of his body." This couldn't be any more explicit. It says it all. We are parts of His body and He cares for us like anyone would his body. We are parts; that is, the constituents of His body. Without us Jesus is not complete just as true as a hea...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 26th OCTOBER 2025 A PRE-ARRANGED LIFE Ephesians 2:10 For we are God's [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live]. (AMP) The life of a Christian is planned and arranged in a perfect setting before he started out. A Christian is God's workmanship, an instrument born anew in Christ for good works. Born in Christ Jesus means he came into being as a result of Jesus' death and resurrection. He began in His resurrection. God has specification in Christ resurrection. He specified that a new creature should begin at Jesus' resurrection and the Christian is that new creature. Before we got born again we already exist in the mind of God. He already envisioned with a co...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 25th OCTOBER 2025 DUTY OR DELIGHT Colossians 3:22 Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything; and do it, not only when their eye is on you and to curry their favor, but with sincerity of heart and reverence for the Lord. (NIV) The word rendered "slaves" in this above scripture is simply "servants" and by extension "employees." If you are not working for yourself but for someone then you are an employee. This scripture addresses employee's attitude toward his job. God doesn't want you to work for eye-service; trying to please your employer. No! But with sincerity and reverence for the Lord.  You see, a lot of people work for duty but work should be a delight. Their work is about fulfilling their duty even by deceitful ways. The attitude God want you to have towards your job is sincerity and reverence for Him as though you were working for Him not man. When you have this attitude your work b...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 24th OCTOBER 2025 LIVE UNDER HIS LORDSHIP Romans 10:9 If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (NIV) You got born again by believing in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and confessing His Lordship over your life. You can only continue living under His Lordship. In order to enjoy the rights and blessings of salvation you must allow Him to run your life as your Lord. Everyone on earth belongs to God but not everyone is legally under the Lordship of God. Some people are under the dominion and jurisdiction of the Kingdom of darkness. But the Christian is in the Kingdom of God's Son Jesus. It's one thing to be in a Kingdom but another to be submissive to the authority of that Kingdom. Some Christians though are in the kingdom of God are not under the Lordship of Jesus; they run their own lives. Until one comes under His L...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 23rd OCTOBER 2025 HE TELLS YOU WHAT TO SAY Hebrews 13:5-6 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." So we say with confidence, "The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?" (NIV) When a child is born and begin to grow he doesn't know how to speak automatically, he learn to talk, most often from his parents. And it is a conscious learning. Parents consciously teach their child to speak. As the child listens to his parents he speaks. The same is true of a Christian and God his Father. What God teaches us from His word cannot be learnt any other way. We couldn't have started talking the way God wants us to without having learnt His word. Those who ignore God's word has many problems, including how to talk to God. They talk to God amiss because they lack the word...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 22nd OCTOBER 2025 HE MOVES YOU TO FOLLOW HIM Ezekiel 36:26-27 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. (NIV) Back in the old testament Moses gave them the law but they could not obey it. Though the law could give life it only brought death to them. Because it required that one obeyed everything written in it in order to live, and none could obey everything. God knows the fallen state of man, he has a heart of stone which couldn't have carried out the good the law demanded. Doing good takes a good heart; a good nature.  The Spirit of God speaking through Ezekiel the Prophet said "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit in you...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 21st OCTOBER 2025 CONSIDER IT PURE JOY James 1:2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, (NIV) The ordinary man cannot accept the admonition in the above scripture. To the man of senses when faced with trials it is normal for him to feel sad, dejected and unhappy. But to the man of the Spirit; the man who live by God's word, the word says consider it pure joy when you face trials of many kinds. But why? It's not for the trials. God is not saying rejoice because you are facing trials, challenges and persecutions. No! Not that. It is because of what will come out of the trials. God looks at the end of the trials and sees the beauty, victory and testimonies that it will produce for you and He says rejoice in advance. Hallelujah! Instead of fixing your eyes on the trials you are faced with, lift them up and see the testimonies, victory and glory that is being produced for you. Read...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 20th OCTOBER 2025 THE CHANNEL AND THE SOURCE Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (KJV) It is important to understand God's supply system. The above scripture says God supplies all our need. But how does He do it? He does it through channels. Your job is a channel, people are channel, circumstances are channels God uses to supply your needs. Your relationship with these three channels are important to receiving from them.  You should have a job or business; you should be committed to doing something. God blesses hand work and makes it a regular supply channel. Your good relationship with people is a resource God passes to supply your need. If you don't have a good relationship with people even if God inspire them to give you anything they might not. The third is circumstances. God uses circumstances to supply. Remember the case of the Israelites back then i...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 19th OCTOBER 2025 SEE IT DIFFERENTLY 2 Corinthians 4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. (KJV) It is important how you see, whether the trouble at hand or the solution in the word. Whether the unfavourable circumstance or the good that it will turn out to be. The Bible tells us to see things differently; to look at things which are not seen. How? by looking at the Word. We see the things that are not seen physically through the word. The word shows the unseen. And that's the real thing. The seen are temporal but the unseen are eternal. The seen are shadows, the unseen is the reality. You might be faced with a challenge right now, but you can see it differently. You have to see not what it is physically but what it is spiritually, and that by the word. Maybe you feel symptoms of illness ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 18th OCTOBER 2025 LIVE IN GOD'S REALM Matthew 4:4 Jesus answered, "It is written: ’Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’" (NIV) God has His realm of life. He doesn't just live, He lives in a realm or class. And His realm of life is His word. His realm is His culture or way of living. God's way of living is His realm of life.  You see people with different cultures all around the world, different ways of living. One's way of living contradicts another. But in Christ we can all have one way of living. In Christ we have one culture -- the word. Living in and by the word is living in God's realm of life. Man is supposed to live by God's word. The new creature is fashioned by the word to live the word, that is, to be the expression of the word. You can consistently live in God's realm by living in His word. If God wanted to do anything He uses His wo...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 17th OCTOBER 2025 HOPE HAS BASIS Proverbs 23:18 There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off. (NIV) Some times people are hopeful but not based on anything. They hope for good and favourable outcome; they expect things to turn out for their good but they have no basis for such hope. Having a positive expectation is good but every hope should have basis. Why do you think what you hope for will come true? What is the foundation of your hope? The above scripture says 'your hope will not be cut off.' The only hope that cannot be cut off is one that is founded on the word of God. The word of God gives you hope. You may find yourself in a precarious situation but the word gives hope and it is a hope that cannot be cut off. Just because one has good expectation doesn't mean it will come true. It requires a solid foundation. Some become frustrated because their good hope never came through, they hope...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 16th OCTOBER 2025 STEWARD OF HIS GRACE 1 Peter 4:10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. (NIV) A steward is one who takes care of or manages someone else's property or business. He is fully in charge of the property or business temporarily and gives full account of everything to the owner.  The Bible refers to us as stewards of God's Grace. This grace means the gifts of God given to each of us, and they are both supernatural gifts (gifts of the Spirit) and natural gifts (natural or acquired talent). Whether supernatural or natural gifts we are only stewards of them. It is required of us to use them to serve others.  If you had the gifts of healing God is not expecting that you fall sick and then heal yourself. No! He gave you the gift to heal the sick. The gift is in your custody but it's for the sick. Whatever gift you have rec...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 15th OCTOBER 2025 THE SHELTER OF HIS PRESENCE Psalms 31:20 In the shelter of your presence you hide them from all human intrigues; you keep them safe in your dwelling from accusing tongues. (NIV) God's presence is a shelter; it is a tangible shelter. It is tangible to those who function by their spirit. The shelter of God's presence is more tangible and reliable than the shelter of walls.  The shelter of blocks and walls could give protection to your body (even though it's not always guaranteed and not durable) but not to your spirit. Only the presence of God shelters your spirit. In our theme scripture it says 'His presence shelters you from all human intrigues and from all accusing tongues.' This simply means shelter from all human manipulations and from all the accusations of satan.  Satan the accuser often now and then brings against you the wrongs you did and tries to make you feel guilty for the wrongs you...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 14th OCTOBER 2025 GOD IS SO BIG Isaiah 66:1 This is what the LORD says: "Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Where is the house you will build for me? Where will my resting place be? (NIV) Have you ever imagine the size of God? Some think just because the Bible says we are made in His image and likeness, that He has the figure of a man; two hands, two legs, one head and then a giant being. God is not a giant being. Yes God has two hands, two legs, one head but He is bigger than this. He is bigger than what we say, He is bigger than what we know. God is so so big, you just worship Him continually. Read what He says in our theme scripture "Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Where is the house you will build for me? Where will my resting place be?"  He says "heaven is my throne." But what is a throne? A King's seat in a Kingdom is a throne. A throne is just a seat nothing e...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 13th OCTOBER 2025 YOUR MINISTRY IS BEYOND YOU Colossians 4:17 And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it. (KJV) Every Christian has received a ministry from the Lord; you have a ministry. Your life itself is a ministry, because ministry is sharing the love and life of Christ. Maybe you are a prayer leader in your church or any other aspect of church work, you don't decide on your own how to run it. No! You received the ministry it doesn't belong to you. In Apostle Paul's writing to the church he said "And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it." -- Colossians 4:17 If it was his own ministry Apostle Paul wouldn't have demanded that he fulfill it. He received the ministry from the Lord, it belongs to the Lord Jesus, he cannot decide whether or not to fulfill it. It is required of him ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 12th OCTOBER 2025 IT'S NOT A FIGHT AGAINST HUMAN Ephesians 6:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (NIV) Never make any man your enemy. The above scripture is clear on who your enemy is. Your fight in this world is not against any man. Jesus did not give you victory over man but over Satan. When you make man your enemy and start fighting against him you can only lose because it's the wrong fight.  You may ask 'how about those who doesn't like me and their evil work against me is obvious?' They are only being used against you by your enemy the devil. He is an instrument used by your enemy but the instrument himself is not your enemy. If you killed him your enemy will use another instrument against you. What then should you do? Walk in your victory in...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 11th OCTOBER 2025 DON'T BE TOO CAREFUL John 16:13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. (NIV) He is the Master, you are learning His walk and steps, you could make a mistake, mistake is part of the process. Don't be too careful. Some Christians are very careful, they don't want to make any mistake. They try to greet everyone they should, they are very careful not to make one mistake a day. They try to be morally okay as they think they should. When the opposite gender hold or touch them in public they are quick to express their disapproval. But Christianity is not outside in but inside out. We live from inside out. Who we are inside we express outside. And this is only possible by the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The Bible calls Him 'the Spirit of truth', and He guide...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 10th OCTOBER 2025 THROUGH HIM Romans 8:37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. (NIV) We are victorious, indomitable, incorruptible, powerful and more than conquerors not because of our strength but through Him. When we say "through Him" it means through His Person, Personality and Power. Not only is our victory through Christ we also live through Him. We live through His Person, Personality and Power. It is the reason we are more than conquerors.  The Lord gave us His Name to live in, live by and live for. His Name represents who He is and everything He has and can do. Living in His Name we live through who He is, everything He has and can do. This is the reason we are more than victorious. The Bible tells us that our victory is through Him.  1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through His victory over sin, death, satan a...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 9th OCTOBER 2025 NOTHING SEPARATES Romans 8:37-39 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, [^11] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (NIV) As long as we are here in this world we will face challenging times but none has the power to separate us from God and His love for us in Christ. God's love for us is in Christ. That means it's on the basis of Christ not of our merit. It means there is nothing we could do to make Him stop loving us. We could only choose to not receive His love but we can't stop His love.  His unconditional love brought us into a relationship with Him, and keeps us with Him. There is no power, person or thing that can ever separate us...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 8th OCTOBER 2025 IT'S ALL IN THE RESURRECTION Romans 4:25 He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification. (NIV) Everything we are and have in Christ came in the resurrection. In His death our old self and everything related to it died, in His resurrection everything of God, His life, nature, righteousness, victory, success and everything else were impacted to us. It's all in the resurrection.  His death was the judgment for our sins. His resurrection is our justification because in it we received new life that has no past of sin or any wrong. In His resurrection we received the life of God, in it is everything. We are righteous, victorious, powerful and successful because of His life in us. Everything we are and will ever be is in the resurrection life.  We were not only raised to life we are also seated at the right hand of God.  Ephesians 2:6 And God raised us up with Christ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 7th OCTOBER 2025 WE ARE CHRIST 1 Corinthians 12:12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. (KJV) When we say we are Christ some Christians get offended and argue. But what is Christ? Christ is the image of the invisible God -- Colossians 1:15. What is the image of God? The expression or representation of God. When we got born again we were added to Christ and became Christ. 1 Corinthians 6:17 But whoever is united with the Lord is one with him in spirit. We are one with the Lord by our spirit. This means our spirit and Christ has become one spirit-being, the image of God, which is Christ. We have put on Christ; His nature, life and identity, and have become Christ.  Our theme scripture gives us a clear picture. 1 Corinthians 12:12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body:...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 6th OCTOBER 2025 FAITH AND LOVE Galatians 5:6 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love. (NIV) When you came into Christ by being born again everything changed, in Christ we operate by different principles and standards. The defining factors in Christ is faith and love. Faith came to us when we heard the Gospel and believed. When we accepted the Lord Jesus into our heart faith was granted us. And with that faith comes His love. These two defines the life of a Christian. And they are the only things that truly matters.  Our faith is in all that He has done for us and who He made us. Our faith is living in His stead. We live by the faith of the Son of God, that is, by who He is.  Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 5th OCTOBER 2025 HE HAS PLANS TO PROSPER YOU Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (NIV) There are those who would not totally surrender everything in their lives to God. For example, their career. They erroneously think that God might not want such a career for them or change it entirely. They are afraid that they might not be what they want if they yield all to God. They have their own plans for their lives and future, and are afraid that God might change it. But they are ignorant that God's plan is always the best.  In Jeremiah 29:11 God says "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." God has plans to prosper you. Plans are not mere desire or wish, but a laid down strategy, idea, format o...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 4th OCTOBER 2025 DON'T BE UNCONCERNED ABOUT OTHERS Ezekiel 16:49 "’Now this was the sin of your sister Sodom: She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy. (NIV) Someone might say "I work hard for my money, why should I help people with it? And how is it a sin if I don't help?"  God said this was the sin of Sodom -- she and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help others. Being unconcerned about the plight of other people is a sin. Refusing to help when in a position to help is a sin. God expects you to be concerned about the sufferings of other people whether or not they are related to you. God brought you here so He could do things through you, reach other people through you, bless and uplift them. It is a sin if you do not allow Him to fulfill this purpose through you. And for Him to fulfill His purpose through you, you mu...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 3rd OCTOBER 2025 GLORIOUS THINGS ARE SPOKEN OF YOU Psalms 87:3 Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God. Selah. (KJV) It's important that you know what God has spoken of you, only then do you stand a chance of living in them. The people close to you may speak words concerning you, like your parents, siblings, friends and even your leaders at different settings, but what matters most is what the Word says about you.   Some people struggle in life because they are very conscious of the negative things spoken about them. They relate with them every so often and reference them. Don't magnify the negative words spoken against you, if you discover what God has spoken concerning you and hold on to it every other word spoken against you will become void.  In the scriptures a lot of glorious things are spoken of you, they are what you should find out and anchor your life on. Let us look at few of such Scriptures. Isai...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 2nd OCTOBER 2025 TO WILL AND TO ACT  Philippians 2:13 for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose. (NIV) When God commits anything to our care He works with us to ensure we accomplish it. All that He instructs us to do in the Word He actually works in us to do them. When you discover within you a will or desire to do something for the Kingdom it is actually expired in you by the Holy Spirit. For it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.  Playing your path in the work of the Kingdom and the assignment God has committed to you would become easy when you recognize and acknowledge that it is God who works in you both to be willing and to be able to do what is required. When you sincerely acknowledge this truth, your responsibility is to focus on the Holy Spirit, listen to Him and do what He leads you to, because He is the One at work in you to...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 1st OCTOBER 2025 PRESENT YOUR REQUESTS TO GOD Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (NIV) This above scripture is a prescription for a time of trouble. It says do not be anxious about anything, but present your request to God with thanksgiving. Instead of getting agitated or worried, present your request to God.  God knows we face challenges. He knows you might have reasons to be worried but He tells you the best solution; present your requests to God. What do you want? God cares about you in every way. He doesn't want you disturbed or agitated. He instructs you to present your requests or troubles to Him. It's comforting to know that God listens to and answers our prayers. There is one thing you should ...
