CREATED FOR GOOD WORKS

Ephesians 2:10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (NIV)

We are God's instruments for good works. God does good works but cannot carry them out without us. 
Romans 6:13 ...but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer every part of yourself to him as an instrument of righteousness.

Good works is righteousness in expression. God's righteousness given vent is good work; when He express His kindness, mercy, blessing and salvation to others through us is good work. Only those created in Christ Jesus, those who are born again; who have crossed from death to life can do good works. Because good work is a testimony of the God-life.

The Bible says "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works,..." Ephesians 2:10
We were fabricated in Christ Jesus for good works. That means we were constituted for it; made for it and adequate for it. We cannot say we are unable to do good works. No! We were fashioned for it; that's the reason we came.

The Bible says we should offer ourselves to God as instrument of righteousness. Good works become easy when we willing offer ourselves to God. He is the One who carry out good works through us by His Spirit who lives in us. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Thank You Father for creating me in Christ Jesus as your workmanship; an instrument of righteousness to do those good works which you prepared in advance for me to do. I offer myself to You today as an instrument of rightousness, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. Chapter 2 Episode 2 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW Romans 13:8-10 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.
