HE GIVES US MORE GRACE

James 4:6 But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: "God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble." (NIV)

The Christian Life is from grace, and it is lived by grace. Grace is God at work in and through a human person. Grace is visible. God gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: "God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.
The humble is one who obeys the word.

Living in obedience to the Word of God is true humility. Humility is not weakness or stupidity. It is not allowing others to take your right, or even your responsibility. The Word of God gives you responsibilities. Carrying out those responsibilities is humility. One of your responsibilities is to preach the Gospel.

As you carry out the responsibility of preaching the Gospel He gives you more grace. You have to note, that more grace is for those who are already doing something useful with the grace they already got. God wouldn't give you more grace if you aren't doing anything with the grace you have already.

You don't have to pray that He give you more grace, all you need do is to put the grace you got to work. As you labour with the grace that you have He increases or multiplies it. He gives more grace for more work. He gives more grace to the responsible and diligent. Be diligent with your grace.

PRAYER

Thank You Dear Lord for the grace you have bestowed on me. I labour with this grace, I put my grace to work producing effective results, and as a result I experience increase grace. As I participate with grace, Lord you give me more grace, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. Chapter 2 Episode 2 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW Romans 13:8-10 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.
