GRACE AND TRUTH

John 1:17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. (NIV)

The law required man's effort or work but grace is God's work in the heart of a man. Grace is divinity at work in humanity. 

Through Jesus Christ it became possible for God through His Spirit to not only live in us but also to work in and through us. This is what grace is; God in and through man by His Spirit. And anyone who is living in this light is living in the truth. Truth is living in the reality grace brought us into. And all this is through Jesus Christ. 

It is Jesus who made grace and truth our reality by taking our place of sin and condemnation. We were made alive in Him to newness of life. The law required work but grace requires faith.
Ephesians 2:5 made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions —it is by grace you have been saved.

Just like Jesus through you grace and truth can be seen not only on you but also on anything that connects to you. You are grace and truth made manifest. In your dealings and endeavours be grace and truth conscious, and walk in it. Hallelujah!

CONFESSION

Through Jesus Christ grace and truth is made my reality. His grace brought me into His truth, His truth is my reality. All that I do I walk in His grace and made manifest His truth, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. That calls for spiritual insight.  It takes spiritual insight to see what we got in the Lord and rejoice. When you are ask to rejoice over something it means that it holds significance and value. Chapter 2 Episode 2 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW Romans 13:8-10 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. The commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not covet," and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself."
