LET GOD JUSTIFY YOU
Romans 8:33-34 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died —more than that, who was raised to life —is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.
If you ever found yourself in a situation where people accused you falsely you would understand what it means to be justified. For instance, something got missing at your workplace and you are accused of stealing it. Even though your accusers had no concrete evidence they were able to convince people that you stole it. How you would wish everyone could see your heart!
In this life we not only have satan as our accuser. There are also human beings who have trained and convinced themselves to accuse and condemn us. Thanks to God the Bible says it is God who justifies. It doesn't matter who and how many people accuse you God will justify you. Maybe you have tried to prove your innocence but no one cares to listen, don't worry. Let God justify you.
In our theme scripture Romans 8:33-34, the Bible says "Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died —more than that, who was raised to life —is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us."
God justifies you. And the Lord Jesus intercedes for you, that is, He speaks for you as an advocate or a lawyer. He defends your case.
You may not have anyone to speak for you in the matter, no one to defend you but Jesus will, and God will justify you.
PRAYER
Thank You Father for being my Just Justifier. Thank You for declaring me not guilty and acquitting me of all the charges levelled against me by my accusers. Thank You Lord Jesus who died for me and also advocates my case. Amen.
