YOUR FAITH GIVES GOD PLEASURE

Hebrews 10:38 And, "But my righteous one will live by faith. And I take no pleasure in the one who shrinks back." (NIV)

The righteous one refers in this above verse is the Christian. A Christian is required to live by faith. Living by faith pleases God. He takes pleasure in the one who lives by faith. 

Living by faith is living by the truth (God's word). There is nothing that gives God pleasure and joy than to see us walk in the truth. 3 John 1:4 I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.

God's word to us is His dream or vision communicated to us. God cannot live His dream without us. He has a dream but it can only come true by us. He has a dream to save the unsaved, reach the unreached. Heal the sick, bless the poor. To live out His nature and character in the earth but can't do it without you and I. To live by faith is to live out His word. When we do we are actually living out His dream. And that gives Him pleasure and joy; seeing His dream come true in us.

Maybe this is the first time you hear or read something like this. Maybe you never knew that God derives pleasure and joy in your life. Now you know, make up your mind to walk in His word, to walk in faith irrespectively and give Him pleasure and joy. You see, beyond your own blessings and benefits of living by faith God benefits also. Praise God!

CONFESSION

God has made me righteous and given me His word to live in and live by. My life is by faith, I live by faith in His word and produce not only results by also to bring Him joy and pleasure. Hallelujah!

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. Chapter 2 Episode 2 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW Romans 13:8-10 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.
