HELP IN HIS NAME

Psalms 124:8 Our help is in the name of the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. (NIV)

The Name of the Lord is a strong tower. The Name of the Lord is help and salvation. The Name of the Lord is everything because the Name represents His Person. Learn to relate with the Name of Jesus as you would His Person. Victory lies in His Name. 

When we got born again the Name of Jesus was named upon us. We are bearers of His mighty Name. Learn to function in His Name. Everything answers to His Name, everything would answer to you when you use His Name. 

When some Christians find themselves in a problem they search here and there for help but never thought about the Name. The Name of Jesus is help. The Bible says in Psalms 124:8, "Our help is in the name of the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth."

Our reliance is in the Name of the Lord. Learn to rely on His Name. In times of trouble people rely on whatever they believe can save them, some money. But as a Christian learn to rely on the Name of Jesus. True help is only in the Name of Jesus. Put your confidence in the Name. In times of trouble call on the Name. Make confession of the Name, that is, declare the praises of the Name. And also proclaim the name over everything that concerns you. 

CONFESSION

I proclaim the Name of the Lord Jesus over my life, marriage, finances, business, job, family and everything that concerns me. The Name of Jesus is a strong tower, refuge and stronghold. My strength, defense and help is in the Name of the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth. Amen.

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. (NIV) We should not have offense we cannot forgive. Chapter 2 Episode 2 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW Romans 13:8-10 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. The commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not covet," and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself."
