GOD THE BUILDER OF LIFE

Hebrews 3:4 For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything. (NIV)

God is actually the builder of everything. He is the only one who can build your life. A successful life is one built by God. Anyone who truly wants to be successful in life would willingly surrender his life to God, the great builder. He is the potter and shaper of great destiny.

He once sent a word to the Israelites through Jeremiah the Prophet, in the book of Jeremiah 18:4-6, But the pot he was shaping from the clay was marred in his hands; so the potter formed it into another pot, shaping it as seemed best to him. Then the word of the LORD came to me. He said, "Can I not do with you, Israel, as this potter does?" declares the LORD. "Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in my hand, Israel.

Every child of God is in the hand of God as clay is in the potter's hand but not every child of God yields as clay yileds in the potter's hand. The more we resist the work of God in our lives the more we become marred. If only we would always under any circumstance trust Him and surrender our lives to Him how beautiful He would build our life!

God is the build of life. Everyone of us is a building under construction. No house ever built itself. No man however wise, great, rich and powerful can successfully build his own life. The Bible declares that Christ is over God's house. That is, He is in charge of us.
Hebrews 3:6 But Christ is faithful as the Son over God’s house. And we are his house, if indeed we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope in which we glory.

We are God's house in Christ. God the builder through the Holy Spirit builds our life to be an exact expression of Christ. In Christ we are a new building (new creation) -- God's specification and design. He is the Architect of this house. He fabricated, build and structure you to house and express His Spirit. Your success in life lies in yielding to your builder.

CONFESSION

My life is the testimony of God's work. I am God's handiwork, His building, His creation, His artwork, created to house and express His fullness. More than ever I yield my life and all to the potter and builder of my life. You can do to me Lord what potter do to clay, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. That calls for spiritual insight.  It takes spiritual insight to see what we got in the Lord and rejoice. When you are ask to rejoice over something it means that it holds significance and value. Chapter 2 Episode 2 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW Romans 13:8-10 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.
