WE PARTNER WITH HIM

Mark 16:20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. (KJV)

Through the Holy Spirit the Lord Jesus worked with the Apostles as they went about preaching the Gospel and He confirmed their message with signs and wonders. They worked together as partners.

We are partners with God not staffs. A staff is an employed worker with limited information about the company he works. He has only a working information restricted to his job description. His interest and motive for working is the salary. The future of the company doesn't concern him. Whatever evil befall the company cannot affect him, he can leave for another job.

But a partner is different. He has a share in the company. He invested into the company. His future lies with the company, the company's future is his interest and pursuit. He has everything to lose if anything goes wrong with the company. He is a partner. The company is an essential facet of his life. He is a partner. He is an investor.

We are partners with God not staffs. He saved us, brought us into His kingdom and made us heirs of it. We own the kingdom we are working for. It's our home. It's our inheritance. We have everything to lose. We are partners; investors. We are stakeholders in this kingdom. Our eternity depends on this. We are working hand to hand with the Holy Spirit to maintain the success and victories of our Kingdom. We own heaven.

Writing to the Gentile believers in Antioch, Syria and Cilicia, they delivered this powerful statement. They said it seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to them. That means they were working hand to hand with the Holy Spirit as partners. Glory to God!

PRAYER

Thank You Holy Spirit my senior partner. Thank You for the privilege to work with you. Thank You for the successes and victories we have had. Thanks for directing, leading and inspiring me for the work, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. That calls for spiritual insight.  It takes spiritual insight to see what we got in the Lord and rejoice. When you are ask to rejoice over something it means that it holds significance and value. Chapter 2 Episode 2 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW Romans 13:8-10 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.
