FOLLOW THE SPIRIT

Jude 1:19 These are the people who divide you, who follow mere natural instincts and do not have the Spirit. (NIV)

A lot of Christians make mistake a lot of times because they fellow mere natural instincts. Natural instincts is not a good judgment on what is right or wrong because right or wrong cannot only be defined by the Spirit. 

You would here someone say "my instinct told me to do it." That's wrong. You can't afford to live your life on mere natural instincts. Your natural instinct is very limited in making the right choices in life. What it tells you is good for you might spell doom for you in the nearest future.

The Bible says in our theme scripture that there are people who follow mere natural instincts and do not have the Spirit. But you have the Spirit, follow the Spirit. The new creation is created to live by the Spirit. Your natural way to life is by the Spirit. 

Galatians 5:25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.

We are those who live by the Spirit. Since we live by the Spirit let us also follow the leading of the Spirit. In your academics, job, business, family, career and any endeavour don't follow your natural instincts follow the Spirit's leading.

CONFESSION

I am born of the Spirit, I live by the Spirit, therefore I keep in step with the Spirit; following His leading and instructions, and being guided into victories and successes today and always, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. Chapter 2 Episode 2 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW Romans 13:8-10 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.
