WISDOM; KNOWLEDGE; UNDERSTANDING

Proverbs 24:3-4 By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established; through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.

Wisdom, knowledge and understanding are relatives. If one understand and rightly apply them would make his life beautiful. 

God's Word is the ultimate wisdom. There are diverse ways people see wisdom. And there are many people who claim to be wise, but true wisdom is the word of God. Anyone who does not have the word of God in him is not wise. He might be wise in his own eyes and in the eyes of people but such wisdom won't cause him to do much relevant and lasting things. 

Everyone's life is like a house under construction, and the only way to build one's life to last and endure the storms of life and still be a success is through the wisdom of God's Word.

Psalms 127:1 Unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain... 
How does the Lord build your life? It is through His Word that you receive and live by. Your life is built as you live in the light of God's word. 

When you find God's Word the first thing you receive is knowledge. That knowledge turns to wisdom when you have the accurate understanding of it. Understanding comes through meditation on knowledge. Wisdom come into play when you walk in the understanding of the knowledge you have received. 

Some people have knowledge but not the understanding, some have understanding but do not walk in it. Walking in understanding is wisdom. 

By wisdom you build your life, and through understanding you establish it; through your knowledge you fill its rooms with rare and beautiful treasures. 
If you find out that your life is not built, established and filled with beautiful things as you would want, then connect to wisdom, knowledge and understanding in God's Word.

PRAYER

Lord you have given me wisdom, knowledge and understanding. I give full attention to them, to build my life and be established, and fill my life with rare, good and beautiful treasures, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. That calls for spiritual insight.  It takes spiritual insight to see what we got in the Lord and rejoice. When you are ask to rejoice over something it means that it holds significance and value. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. (NIV) We should not have offense we cannot forgive. But at times we find ourselves in a situation where forgiveness seems difficult. If we apply our emotions and how hurt we are, it will be difficult to forgive.  BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 16th OCTOBER 2023 INCREASE IN GRACE AND PEACE 2 Peter 1:2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,(NIV) God has given everyone of us Grace and Peace in Christ. But how much of them we enjoy depends on our knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord. Knowledge here refers to intimate knowledge which comes through relationship. The level of Grace and Peace we enjoy is directly connected to our relationship and fellowship with God.
