KEEP GATHERING YOUR CLOUDS

Ecclesiastes 11:3 If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth:... (KJV)

In some cases there is a certain level of prayer and spiritual exercise required to effect certain decree of changes. 
Prayer is an incense which is set before God as we pray, and the decree to which it is set before God depends on the decree to which we prayed. 

Elijah had to pray for hours until the clouds gathered and pour down rain. His first attempt didn't work, the six didn't either, until his seventh attempt. 
1 Kings 18:44 The seventh time the servant reported, "A cloud as small as a man’s hand is rising from the sea." So Elijah said, "Go and tell Ahab, ’Hitch up your chariot and go down before the rain stops you.’"

It took a while for Cornelius's prayers and gifts to come up as a memorial offering before God. Cornelius prayed to God regularly, intently and fervently. Acts 10:2,4 He and all his family were devout and God-fearing; he gave generously to those in need and prayed to God regularly. Cornelius stared at him in fear. "What is it, Lord?" he asked. The angel answered, "Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God.

Elijah took time to gather his cloud before heaven eventually gave rain. Cornelius too, he patiently kept gathering his clouds until it became a memorial offering before God. Don't be in a hurry for results, keep gathering your clouds. When your cloud is full it will naturally empty itself upon the earth.

You may have been at a project for a long time now and there is no result, don't quit. Maybe you need to put in a little more time. Maybe you have been praying, prophesying and confessing the Word but no sign of change yet, don't give up. Keep gathering your clouds. It is a law that when the cloud is full of rain that it should empty itself upon the earth. It is a law. 

If your clouds hasn't empty itself yet it means it is not full yet. For the Bible says "If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth:.." -- Ecclesiastes 11:3. It is a law. So keep gathering your clouds through good deeds, prayer, prophecy and confession of the Word. 

PRAYER

Dear Father your Word is a law. According to the law of your Word the clouds should pour down rain when it is full. Through my deeds, prayers, prophecy and confession of your Word may my clouds be full and pour down blessings upon my life, in Jesus' Name. Amen!
