GOOD NEWS; A RESULT OF GRACE

Acts 20:24 However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me —the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace. (NIV)

The Apostle Paul in our theme verse says the Lord Jesus gave him the task of testifying to the good news of God's grace. Good news came from the grace of God. Good news is a result of grace. But what is grace? 
Titus 2:11 For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people.

The only Person that appeared and offered salvation to all people is Jesus Christ. In a simple definition, Jesus Christ is grace. And by extension grace is Jesus Christ (Divinity) in humanity. And this is the Good News from which all other good news of health, peace, prosperity, victory and success springs.

Apostle Paul emphasized the capacity of grace. He said by the grace of God I am what I am. Grace made the difference in us; our salvation, glory, favour, peace, prosperity and dominion all resulted from grace.
1 Corinthians 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them —yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.

Even our work or labour in the Kingdom is empowered by grace; His grace works in us, helping us and ensuring that we do and accomplish all that the Father wills and purposes. 
Apostle Paul went on to say that grace was given him to preach. It had to be by grace. And the boundless riches of Christ committed to us to preach came only by grace. 
Ephesians 3:8 Although I am less than the least of all the Lord’s people, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the boundless riches of Christ,

There can't be a better news than the news to preach the boundless riches of Christ; and it all came from grace. Take advantage of grace to live in the good news and boundless riches of Christ. 

CONFESSION

I am what I am today by grace, and this grace is not without effect in my life. Grace works in me and I work by grace. Grace has been given me to live and preach the unsearchable riches of Christ, bringing many into the light of grace. Amen!

WISDOM KEEPS YOU FROM ADULTERY Nothing destroys a man or woman than sexual immorality, and more so adultery. But if you heed to wisdom it will keep you from this. As we have a wayward woman so we have a wayward man. One who leaves their partner to go after another. There is no justifiable reason for it.
