GROW UP IN YOUR SALVATION

1 Peter 2:2 Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, (NIV)

To receive salvation is one thing and to grow up in it is another. The beauty, glory and blessings of salvation only become obvious and enjoyable when one grow up in it. When you got born again you were born a baby in the spirit realm. And like in the physical world you need milk to grow and develop but this time, it's spiritual milk. You will have to deliberately crave pure spiritual milk so that by it you may grow up in your salvation. 

Some Christians experience stunted growth for lack of spiritual milk. Spiritual milk are the elementary teaching of God's Word, and is responsible for understanding, growth and development in the things of the Kingdom. The elementary truths of God's Word is the milk.
Hebrews 5:12 In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. You need milk, not solid food!

Some of the troubles some Christians experience is as a result of not growing up in salvation. Your growth in salvation is dependent on your knowledge of the Holy Scriptures. The Holy Scriptures makes you wise and matured unto salvation. 
2 Timothy 3:15-17 and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Only the Scriptures equips you thoroughly for good works.
All Scripture is God's extension and inspiration, and it's useful for growing up in salvation. It teaches, rebukes, corrects and trains in righteousness. And righteousness itself is a fruit of salvation. Give undivided attention to the scriptures to grow up wise in salvation, knowing its blessings and the activation and application of those blessings. 

CONFESSION

I give full attention to God's Word to be taught and instructed to grow up wise in salvation, its blessings and application. Through the scriptures I am able to see, comprehend, apprehend and apply the benefits of salvation in my life, in Jesus' Name. Amen!

Chapter two INSPIRATION Another thing you will find on your way to the Top is inspiration. Inspiration means an arousal or being stir up from within to take an action or embark on a course. If you don't have it getting to the Top is impossible. You will rely on inspiration to go higher and higher in life. If you are not inspired or stirred up from within to be about anything don't venture into it, it might fail. If you are not inspired to get to the Top in your endeavor, career or profession you may never get there.
