Chapter 1 ON YOUR WAY TO THE TOP

Chapter one
YOU WILL FIND DESIRE

On your way to the Top you will find desire. It is the first prerequisite to going higher until one gets to the Top. When you find the desire to be a better person or do things in a better way you belong to the Top. When you see those at the Top in your profession and you are inspired and cultivate a desire to get to where they are, you belong where they are. 

When you see those at the Top in your endeavor, and see all the wrongs or mistakes they are making and desire to change it, then your place is at the Top. 
When you find in you the desire to lead not for personal indulgence or ambition but to make things right and better, to serve others and show them the way to success, then you are destined for the Top. 

Desire is crucial. If you don't have it, don't fake it. If you are not desirous about getting to the Top and staying there for a good reason then forget about it. Anything you do without the right desire is not right and won't end right. 

There are people who are doing something they don't have the desire for. If you observe, they are not productive and effective. Don't do what you don't have the desire for. Don't try to lead if you don't have the desire to. Don't try to get to the Top for competition, political reason or selfish reason, if you do you would crash. 

The reason you should find desire for going to the Top is that desire sustains. If the right desire gets you to the Top it will also sustain you at the Top. Those who gets to the Top without the right desire and motives abuse their privilege at the Top. 

Desire is passion, passion is fuel which fuels your journey of success to the Top. If you lack it your journey will either be very slow or halt. Find desire, find passion. 
Passion is a driving force which propels one from one level of success and greatness to another. You find some people who are already so prosperous and successful yet they keep striving to go higher, they have passion. Those who lack it become complacent when they attain a certain feat of greatness. As long as you are in this world you can't reach your limit or pinnacle. No! You can still keep going higher no matter how high you already are. So don't limit yourself or conclude your journey, there is always something higher. 

It is desire that causes you to do a little more and a little more. People don't see this force in you but they see the results. They can't tell why you do what you do and keep at it even when you have achieved so much or seemingly failed several times. Did you get that? I will explain. 
When a person succeeds and keep striving it is because of desire and passion. When a person fails and keep trying it is because of desire and passion. Evil desire is insatiable, good desire is insatiable too. Good desire and passion always leave a vacuum to fill; it feels there is something more to do or attain. And that fuels the movement and progress. Look desire. 

Instead of looking for a way to the Top in your endeavor or profession trying to maneuver or manipulate your way through, look for desire and passion. When you are passionate about something and nurture that passion and hold onto it, it will make a way for you.

The first thing to find on your way to the Top is desire, make sure you have it -- the right desire.

Chapter 2 ON YOUR WAY TO THE TOP

Chapter two INSPIRATION Another thing you will find on your way to the Top is inspiration. Inspiration means an arousal or being stir up from within to take an action or embark on a course. If you don't have it getting to the Top is impossible. You will rely on inspiration to go higher and higher in life. If you are not inspired or stirred up from within to be about anything don't venture into it, it might fail. If you are not inspired to get to the Top in your endeavor, career or profession you may never get there. Whatever you do and wherever you go never leave inspiration behind, if you do you may get stranded on your way. Inspiration pushes you to continue even inspite of challenges. If everything else leaves you and inspiration stays everything else would come back, because nothing and no one goes far without inspiration. It's just a matter of time they will come back.
