INTRODUCTION

Proverbs 22:29 Do you see a man diligent and skillful in his business? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before obscure men. (AMP).

In every field of endeavor there is the TOP. And everyone wants to get to the top in their field. No matter your field of endeavor in life there is that Top you should aspire to get to. Maybe you are a businessman, there is the Top in your field that you should desire to get to. If you are not inspired to go higher and higher until you get to the TOP in your field of endeavor then you have a problem. 

It is in the nature of man to want to go higher, bigger and better than he already is. Anyone who is not inspired to go higher will soon expire. Inspiration keeps you alive, aglow and going higher. If you lack inspiration you will lack movement and progress. Get inspired, see the Top and get inspired.

SEE THE TOP
Not many dare to think that the TOP belongs to them. They narrowly think it belongs to some people who it is reserved for. The TOP is for anyone who dare to see it, aspired and inspired to get there, and then work towards it. If the Top was created for anyone it was created everyone. Everyone can get to the Top if they follow the process and requirement. Yes, there is a process and requirement to getting to the Top. The fundamental process and requirement are; work, dedication to work, time, patience, resilient, diligence, professionalism, exceptionalism, discretion, creativity, and much more.

The first and most important thing is to see the TOP. Learn to see the Top of your field. What field are you? The Banking field, ministry, business, educational field or something else? Look at the Top, look at the people who are doing exceptionally well and setting the pace. Aren't you inspired to be at the Top like them? Can't you be the standard? Why can't you? You can be best in your field of endeavor; be the standard and sought-after. Nothing can stop you if you see the Top, desire to get there and work towards it.

DON'T BE COMPLACENT

Don't be complacent. Don't say "I am okay where I am." You might say it is contentment, it's not. It is laziness and fear; not daring to go forward because of possible pains. Most of the time your going forward and upward is for the benefit of those around you. The higher you go up the higher they go up too. 
Even if you don't want to go higher for yourself, even if you don't want to go forward for yourself, even if you are not inspired to get to the Top for yourself, get to the Top for them; for your family, mother, brothers, sisters, wife and children, and your world. 

GO TO THE TOP!

Have you ever asked why the people at the Top don't want to leave the Top? It's because those at the Top are always on top of good things. Make no mistake about it, there are lot lot of good things at the Top. Those at the Top might say "it's tough at the Top, there are more pains here than gains." But why haven't they left the Top? They are on top of good things my dear. Don't you want to be on top of good things too? When you get to the Top you will find out why you should stay at the Top. 

What more can you do to get to the Top of what you do? Find out what more to do to get to the Top of your endeavor or profession, be the top pace-setter in your field. Let others see you as the standard and come to you, be ahead. Lead those in your field of endeavor; be innovative and creative, bring forth new things so others could learn from you. If you are an Engineer find out how to be a better Engineer, if you are a Doctor find out how to be better, if you are a Pastor find out how to be a better Pastor. 

Put together everything you can and go to the TOP. You too belong to the TOP!

Therefore, in this Book I will share with you how to get to the Top, what you will find on your way to the Top and how to navigate your way through them and get to the TOP.

Chapter 2 ON YOUR WAY TO THE TOP

Chapter two INSPIRATION Another thing you will find on your way to the Top is inspiration. Inspiration means an arousal or being stir up from within to take an action or embark on a course. If you don't have it getting to the Top is impossible. You will rely on inspiration to go higher and higher in life. If you are not inspired or stirred up from within to be about anything don't venture into it, it might fail. If you are not inspired to get to the Top in your endeavor, career or profession you may never get there. Whatever you do and wherever you go never leave inspiration behind, if you do you may get stranded on your way. Inspiration pushes you to continue even inspite of challenges. If everything else leaves you and inspiration stays everything else would come back, because nothing and no one goes far without inspiration. It's just a matter of time they will come back.
