DO NOT BE AFRAID

Revelation 1:17 When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. Then he placed his right hand on me and said: "Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last. (NIV)

At times we face situations that try to instil fear in us, even things intended for our good could even make us afraid like John the revelator who saw Jesus and became afraid. Yes, he was full of awe of Jesus but He was also full of fear. Fear has a connection with lack of precise knowledge. Jesus said to him "Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last." 
And He says the same to you today, "Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last."

Fear paralyzes; it keeps one at a place, unmotivated and unwilling. Fear keeps one away from God's best. So much is lost to fear. But knowledge of the truth produces faith, and faith conquers fear. 
The Lord Jesus said "I am the First and the Last, don't be afraid." You are in between Him. He is before and after you. He is the first person in front of you and the last behind you. You are in between Him. Whatever you are afraid of will have to meet Jesus first before it comes to you. Relax! All you need to do is set your heart on the Word.

Fear is a negative emotion. Fear is faith in negative possibility. Someone is afraid that something bad might happen, that's the reason for His fears.
John 16:33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."

The things He told you are His words you have heard. Keep them in your heart and mouth they are your victory over the world. There would be trouble, but be of good cheer He has overcome the world for you. Praise God!

CONFESSION

God has not given me a spirit of fear but a Spirit of power, and of love and of a sound mind. I have nothing to fear because Jesus the First and the Last is before and after me, He keeps me in between Himself. He has overcome the world for me, therefore I live in His victory. Hallelujah!

Chapter two INSPIRATION Another thing you will find on your way to the Top is inspiration. Inspiration means an arousal or being stir up from within to take an action or embark on a course. If you don't have it getting to the Top is impossible. You will rely on inspiration to go higher and higher in life. If you are not inspired or stirred up from within to be about anything don't venture into it, it might fail. If you are not inspired to get to the Top in your endeavor, career or profession you may never get there. Whatever you do and wherever you go never leave inspiration behind, if you do you may get stranded on your way. Inspiration pushes you to continue even inspite of challenges.
