WITHOUT GRUMBLING OR COMPLAINING

Philippians 2:14-15 Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, "children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation." Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky (NIV)

Grumblers are less effective in any given assignment or endeavour. They tend to see only things that aren't done properly, and also see themselves as target of injustice. They feel they are unjustly maltreated. And resort to complaints. God doesn't want this kind of attitude for His children. He says "Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, "children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation." Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky"

People complain against others for their own insufficiency. When they are given a task to carry out they complain and grumble that enough resources wasn't provided them. Even if you gave them everything they would still have things to complain about. Don't be that way. Instead of complaining about the insufficiency of others or of the resources they made available to you improve yourself; be at your best, be self-sufficient for the task.

When given a task that seems difficult don't grumble. Listen to the Holy Spirit and He will inspire you on how to go about it, and if you heed to His guidance you will produce maximum results. Then you would be blameless and pure in the sight of all without any fault. Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky. Complainers don't shine, they whine. If you quit complaining you will shine brightly in any field of endeavour. 

PRAYER

Dear Holy Spirit I am grateful for your awesome work in me and your ministry in my life that makes me efficient, sufficient and effective in all things. I refuse to grumble but through the power of the Spirit produce maximum results at all times, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Chapter two INSPIRATION Another thing you will find on your way to the Top is inspiration. Inspiration means an arousal or being stir up from within to take an action or embark on a course. If you don't have it getting to the Top is impossible. You will rely on inspiration to go higher and higher in life. If you are not inspired or stirred up from within to be about anything don't venture into it, it might fail. If you are not inspired to get to the Top in your endeavor, career or profession you may never get there. Whatever you do and wherever you go never leave inspiration behind, if you do you may get stranded on your way. Inspiration pushes you to continue even inspite of challenges. You have to learn how to move on from disappointment, failings, defeat, unfavorable circumstances and opposition. You will have to move on and move away from some oppositions and enemies.
