MAN SHOULD NOT LIVE ON BREAD ALONE

Matthew 4:4 Jesus answered, "It is written: ’Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’" (NIV)

Even though the Word instructs that man should not live on bread alone many live their lives on bread alone. Food is for the body. But man is not a body. His body house his spirit (his real self). Earthly food sustains and keeps his body alive, and spiritual food (God's word) sustains and keeps his spirit (his real self) alive. And though he has two self; outward and inner self to feed, he feeds only his body (outward self). 

A child of God should not live on bread alone. A man who lives on bread alone cannot know let alone fulfill his purpose of coming into this world. Life is not meant to be lived on bread alone, true living is by the word that comes from the mouth of God. 

True living is by God's word; words of revelation, words that comes from His mouth -- the words we hear from the Word: Rhema. Rhema is the active word of God; it is the active word for the now-situation. Our success and victory depends on this. If we would hear the words of His mouth as we study and meditate on His Word, as we listen by the spirit and apply them then our ultimate fulfilment in life would be guaranteed.

We live by every word that comes from the mouth of God. That means we receive His word for every situation and apply it, when we do victory is assured. Get word from His mouth today, get Rhema; His word for the now situation, event or circumstance and apply it. That's your victory and glory!

CONFESSION

I am born of God's Word to live by God's Word. I have the Word-nature, therefore I hear, recognize and understand the Word, and am able to apply it rightly. I hear God's Rhema through His Word and apply it to the now situation and circumstances around, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Chapter two INSPIRATION Another thing you will find on your way to the Top is inspiration. Inspiration means an arousal or being stir up from within to take an action or embark on a course. If you don't have it getting to the Top is impossible. You will rely on inspiration to go higher and higher in life. If you are not inspired or stirred up from within to be about anything don't venture into it, it might fail. If you are not inspired to get to the Top in your endeavor, career or profession you may never get there. Whatever you do and wherever you go never leave inspiration behind, if you do you may get stranded on your way. Inspiration pushes you to continue even inspite of challenges. You have to learn how to move on from disappointment, failings, defeat, unfavorable circumstances and opposition. You will have to move on and move away from some oppositions and enemies.
