USE IT TO ADVANCE THE GOSPEL

Philippians 1:12-13 Now I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that what has happened to me has actually served to advance the gospel. As a result, it has become clear throughout the whole palace guard and to everyone else that I am in chains for Christ. (NIV)

The Apostle Paul said "Now I want you to know, brothers and sisters..." But not every christian can say this. Some Christians do not want anybody to know what they are going through because they are not using it to advance the Gospel. It's not the unfavorable circumstance that happens to you that matters but what you do with it. The situation is not bad because it is bad, it's bad because the affected person does not know how to turn it around for good. For the child of God all things work together for good even when it seems bad. 

Use the things that happen with you or to you to advance the Gospel; be it the seemingly bad things and the good things, use them to advance the Gospel. Because you are a vehicle of the Gospel; a conveyor of the Gospel. It doesn't matter what comes to you, use it to convey and advance the Gospel. That's your function as a person and it is your purpose for being here. So whichever way or however it turns use it to advance the Gospel. 

Let it be clear to everyone that what is happening with you, to you or for you is because of the Gospel that you bear. Be bold about it; take advantage of the opportunities presented to you through what you go through to tell the Goodnews of the Grace of God. Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Precious Holy Spirit I am grateful that I bear and carry the Gospel of God. That through me you spread the fragrance of the knowledge of Christ and His goodnews everywhere, using the circumstance that surrounds me for the advancement of the Gospel, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Chapter two INSPIRATION Another thing you will find on your way to the Top is inspiration. Inspiration means an arousal or being stir up from within to take an action or embark on a course. If you don't have it getting to the Top is impossible. You will rely on inspiration to go higher and higher in life. If you are not inspired or stirred up from within to be about anything don't venture into it, it might fail. If you are not inspired to get to the Top in your endeavor, career or profession you may never get there.
