DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS

Galatians 6:4 Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else, (NIV)

There are those who compare themselves to others. They look around among their age mates, work-colleagues, friends, family to judge their own life whether or not they are making progress. They find satisfaction when they discover that they are ahead of some of them or displeasure when they are behind some of them. Their level of satisfaction is dependent on how many people they think they are ahead of. Never live your life that way. It's a life of failure. 

Read again what our opening scripture says "Galatians 6:4 Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else,"

Examine your own life without comparing with someone else. Examine by your set-goals, visions, aspirations and tell whether or not you are making progress, then take pride in yourself and do more.
No need to compare yourself with others to tell if you are making progress. If you are making progress you would know, because you alone know where you started and where you are now.

Comparing yourself to others is failure, never do it. God doesn't compare you with anyone, so don't do it.

PRAYER

Father I thank you for given me a unique life that I can measure my progress without comparing myself to others. I rely on you and follow through my set-goals, I achieve them all heaping success upon success, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Chapter two INSPIRATION Another thing you will find on your way to the Top is inspiration. Inspiration means an arousal or being stir up from within to take an action or embark on a course. If you don't have it getting to the Top is impossible. You will rely on inspiration to go higher and higher in life. If you are not inspired or stirred up from within to be about anything don't venture into it, it might fail. If you are not inspired to get to the Top in your endeavor, career or profession you may never get there. Whatever you do and wherever you go never leave inspiration behind, if you do you may get stranded on your way. Inspiration pushes you to continue even inspite of challenges.
