YOUR TOMORROW IS IN YOUR VISION

Genesis 13:14-15 The LORD said to Abram after Lot had parted from him, "Look around from where you are, to the north and south, to the east and west. ALL THE LAND THAT YOU SEE I will give to you and your offspring forever. (NIV)

God spoke to Abraham many times about his great future, but was yet to live in the reality. One day God asked him to see the future He had been talking about. He said to him "Look around from where you are, to the north and south, to the east and west. ALL THE LAND THAT YOU SEE I will give to you and your offspring forever."

Until He saw it he couldn't walk in it. His future was in his vision. He had to see it first. When he did, God told him. "Go, walk through the length and breadth of the land, for I am giving it to you." -- Genesis 13:17.
You have to see your future through the word of God. Your tomorrow is in your vision. The future you don't see don't belong to you. Nobody is planning or envisioning your future for you, if you are not, then nothing is going to happen. Envision your tomorrow.

People worry about their future. They would say they don't know what tomorrow holds for them. But tomorrow is not a chance, whether or not man deliberately see tomorrow he defaultly sees it and that default setting is mostly negative. 
Don't think you don't know what tomorrow holds, your tomorrow is in your vision; what you see. 

It is the future you envision that God enables you to walk in. He inspire you to have a vision (the life He wants for you) through His word, and then empower you to walk in it. Plan out your tomorrow using the word of God. Praise God!

CONFESSION

Through the word of God I have accurate insight into the future God wants for me. I see my tomorrow through the lens of the scripture and walk in it as inspired and empowered by the Holy Spirit bringing honour to the Name of the Lord. Hallelujah!

He named it Rehoboth, saying, "Now the LORD has given us room and we will flourish in the land." (NIV) In life you have to learn to always move on. You have to learn how to move on from disappointment, failings, defeat, unfavorable circumstances and opposition. You will have to move on and move away from some oppositions and enemies. (NIV) It's only the fight that you fight till the end that you have a chance of winning. When boxers engaged in a competitive fight they don't win if they quit at the first or second round, and they don't lose if they were defeated in the first or second round. If you fell once or twice or even more you are not defeated if you are willing to continue the fight to the end. In the battles of life you must be ready to fight to finish.  A righteous person may fall many times but rises again. Falling is not a defeat if one is willing to rise up and fight to finish. BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 14th SEPTEMBER 2025 IF THE DEAD CAN RISE 2 Corinthians 1:9 Indeed, we felt we had received the sentence of death. But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead. (NIV) The scriptures declare that our God raises the dead. When someone dies it seems it's all over, that nothing more can be done. It suggest that death is the final. But the Apostle Paul says in his letter in our theme scripture "we rely on God who raises the dead."  If the dead can rise then nothing shall be impossible. What men dread the most is death, and through the fear of death many are still held in bondage today.
