OUR LIGHT AND MOMENTARY TROUBLES

"For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." (2 Corinthians 4:17-18 NIV)

Beloved, in the heat of the moment, trouble often feels heavy and endless. But as children of the Most High, equipped with the spirit of power, love, and a sound mind, we have a divine perspective to help us stand tall.

Paul reminds us that our current challenges, no matter how intense, are merely "light" and "momentary" in the scope of God’s grand plan. If you are facing a mountain today, remember that no mountain lasts forever, but the glory God has prepared for His children lasts for eternity.

Don't let temporary difficulties steal your eternal destiny. Shift your gaze from the size of your problem to the greatness of your God. When you fix your eyes on the unseen—on His promises, His power, and His Kingdom—the visible trouble will inevitably shrink in significance.

Stand in faith. Your eternal glory is heavier than your temporary test! Glory to God!

PRAYER
Father, help me to keep my eyes fixed on Jesus and not on my circumstances. I declare that my eternal glory far outweighs this season. In Jesus' name, Amen.

(NIV) It's only the fight that you fight till the end that you have a chance of winning. When boxers engaged in a competitive fight they don't win if they quit at the first or second round, and they don't lose if they were defeated in the first or second round. If you fell once or twice or even more you are not defeated if you are willing to continue the fight to the end.
