SEATED WITH CHRIST IN HEAVEN

Ephesians 2:6 "And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus." (NIV)

Do not miss the tenses here. Paul does not say God will raise you up or will seat you with Christ one day. He says God raised us up and seated us — already accomplished, already secured. The same power that burst the grave on the third day burst you out of the grave of the old man, and the same hand that installed Christ at the right hand of God installed you with Him in the heavenly realms.

This is the New Creation's true address. You are not a spiritual beggar standing at the door of heaven asking to be taken in; you are seated — in authority, in favor, in unshakable position. Your territory, your destiny, your victory, your success and dominion was already settled at the cross and confirmed at the resurrection.

Living from this seat changes everything. Anxiety loses its power when you realize the throne room is your home. Circumstances stop dictating your identity when you know your position is not in the dust of the earth but in the heavenlies. Sickness, failure, and opposition are foreign to your standing — they have no legitimate claim on a life that God has seated with His own Son.
Function today from that seat. Act from it. Speak from it. You are not below the battle; you are seated above it, with Christ.

PRAYER
Father, in the name of Jesus, I receive the finished truth that You raised me up and seated me with Christ in the heavenly realms. My position is not something I earn, maintain, or doubt — it is Your act, sealed by the resurrection. Holy Spirit, help me to live every hour from that seat today. When fear speaks, I answer from heaven. When the enemy lies, I stand on the cross. When circumstances cry, I remember I am seated with the Son. Guard my heart from living below my standing, and let my day be governed by the authority of my position in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' mighty name, amen.
