HIS WILL NOT TROUBLE FREE


1 Thessalonians 5:18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.(NIV)


When you follow God's will as revealed in the scripture or heard His voice directly asking you to do something and heed to it, that doesn't mean you won't have trouble. You might wonder "I know very well this is God's will yet I am facing challenges." Challenges are not excepted from God's will. If He asks you to walk on a path it doesn't mean it's going to be a free walk. 


In all the paths we walk in life and all the challenges on them He asks us to give thanks irrespectively. He didn't expect us not to face challenges but that we triumph over them. There is no path that God would ask you to walk that you wouldn't find trouble. What you should do is give thanks to Him for what the trouble will produce and then triumph over it.

Giving thanks is God's will. The circumstances are inside His will. That is, on the path that His will leads you. His will is not trouble free. Just because you are facing challenges here and there is not an indication that God is not with you or you are outside His will. 


Read what Jesus said.

John 16:33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."


He didn't promise a trouble free walk. But He did tell us where to find peace; in Him. He said in this world you will have trouble. And He tells us that He has overcome the world for us; so we have to live continually in that victory -- victory over troubles not victory over trouble-free.


PRAYER


Thank You Dear Lord that I live in your will. Thank You that I have victory over all the challenges that may come my way. In this world there are troubles but Jesus has overcome for me, in Him I am forever victorious, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. That calls for spiritual insight.  It takes spiritual insight to see what we got in the Lord and rejoice. When you are ask to rejoice over something it means that it holds significance and value. Chapter 2 Episode 2 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW Romans 13:8-10 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. The commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not covet," and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself."
