THE POWER OF LOVE chapter 1 episode 3

 Chapter 1 Episode 3

HIS LOVE IS RELIABLE

He has proven His love over and over again. It's a tasted and proven love. It is something that we can rely on. It can't fail because it is an expression of His nature.

1 John 4:16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.

It is important that we know; get acquainted with the love God has for us so that we can completely rely on it. The more we get acquainted the more confidence we have towards His love.

We can trust His love and care. We can be rest assured of them. He is reliable.

AS HE IS SO ARE WE

1 John 4:16-17 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

This is remarkable and mind blowing but it's the truth. The scripture says dwelling in love is the same thing as dwelling in God. And that anyone who dwells in Love God dwells in the person. We are truly able to love because His love nature is in us. When we received Jesus as Lord and got born again we actually received His nature of love. We express Love because it is His (our) nature.

Love in expression is perfection. As we display His love we display His perfect nature in us. Loving is walking in perfection. Expressing His nature means we are like Him. As He is so are we in this world because as He is far above the heavens He is in us here in this world. Himself in us is our definition. The same who is far above the heavens is the same in us as He is. As He is so are we in this world. We are the expression of His perfection.

Glory To God!
