WHOLESOME THOUGHTS WHOLESOME LIFE


Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:... (KJV)


Everyone wants their life to be wholesome but not everyone gives careful attention to their thoughts. And not many give premium to their thoughts. Yet the Bible says as a man think so is he.


Everyone is a product of their thoughts. The circumstances of man's life is defined by his thoughts. He may not be responsible for every thought that comes to him but he is certainly responsible for processing them and the resultant effect in his life. 


If you want a wholesome life have wholesome thoughts. The outcome of your life cannot escape your thoughts. You can control what you think because your mind thinks only the information you provide it. Avail yourself to the right information. People who live in constant fear is as a result of the fearful information they have digested over a cause of time. If you listen to the right information faith and self-esteem would build up in you. 


Only the Word of God truly gives you the right information to think and live by. It is only the Word that can give you wholesome thoughts and ultimately wholesome life. Have desire for God's word. Nothing gives light, insight and illumination like God's Word. 


The Word guides your thoughts. Let's read this, Philippians 4:8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable —if anything is excellent or praiseworthy —think about such things.

Through My study and meditation on God's Word I am informed, enlightened and guided to think wholesome thoughts, which ultimately produces for me a wholesome life, and guarantees my continuous success and victory, Jesus' Name. Amen.

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. That calls for spiritual insight.  It takes spiritual insight to see what we got in the Lord and rejoice. When you are ask to rejoice over something it means that it holds significance and value. No nobody would ask you to rejoice over something that's not to your advantage. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. (NIV) We should not have offense we cannot forgive. But at times we find ourselves in a situation where forgiveness seems difficult. If we apply our emotions and how hurt we are, it will be difficult to forgive. Chapter 2 Episode 2 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW Romans 13:8-10 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. The commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not covet," and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself."
