SUCCESS IS NOT IN A PLACE


Isaiah 60:2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. (NIV)

Some people think relocating to another place is the best thing for them. Some become so uncomfortable where they are and think that there are other places they could succeed. When they see a fellow succeeding in a particular place then they plan to relocate there. But success is not in a place. It's not about a particular place, city or country. 


Success has something to do with the position of your spirit not your physical body. You can succeed where others failed.

Our theme scripture says "For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee." The whole world is covered with darkness, thick darkness. Having being born again you have the light of life; that's the requirement for success. 


The word says "but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee." Not upon the people or places. It's not in places but in persons. It is His glory that radiate in and through you that make you a success. This glory is not everywhere, it's only the glory you carry within you wherever you go that makes the difference.


Instead of planning to relocate or complaining about where you are; the city, region, nation, stir up your Glory and light up your place. For the Lord has risen upon you and His Glory is seen upon you. Hallelujah!


CONFESSION


The LORD has risen upon me, and his glory is seen upon me. Therefore I light up and illuminate my place and environ with His light. Having good success by that light in everything I do, in Jesus' name. Amen.

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. Chapter 2 Episode 2 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW Romans 13:8-10 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.
