MERCY, PEACE AND LOVE

Jude 1:2 Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance. (NIV)

Experiencing mercy, peace and love are fundamental blessings of salvation. We were brought into peace with God through His mercy and love extended to us in Christ Jesus. These three are not only benefits of being saved but also our expression. We have not only received mercy, peace and love but also extends these to people. 

His mercy means He overlooked our short-comings and gave us grace instead.
His peace means He brought us into harmony and fellowship with Himself.
His love means we are the receivers of His goodness and dispensers of the same.
These three not only brought us into the Kingdom but sustains us also.

Any place, organization, family or settings where there is no mercy, peace and love no one survives. Not even the strongest in their midst. 
Every home that would last is built on mercy, peace and love. 

God has also made us custodians of these three. He expects us to show mercy to those who offend us, to make and promote peace in our world and, to show love irrespectively and unconditionally. 

Learn to walk in and enjoy God's mercy, peace and love. And to show the same to others.

PRAYER

Dear Father I am thankful for your mercy, peace and love which you have shown me over and over again. And today I take advantage of these to scale to a greater height, and also to show the same to those in my world, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. Chapter 2 Episode 2 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW Romans 13:8-10 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. The commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not covet," and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself."
