REWARD LIKE THE DAWN

Psalms 37:5-6 Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun. (NIV)

You would find some Christians who are shining and doing well in their lives and any endeavour they get involved. Even where others struggled they succeeded. It is because they committed their ways to the Lord and trust in Him. 

There is a reward in committing one's way to the Lord and trusting in Him; your righteous reward will shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun. This means, this person's life will be as bright as the dawn and there won't be uncertainty in his life but clarity and illumination like the noon day sun. 

You don't have to struggle to shine in life. You don't have to struggle to have a fulfilled life. Just commit your ways to the Lord and trust in Him, He will make your life shine like the dawn and your vindication like the noon day sun. 

You find people whose lives are bright today and the future look certain but all of sudden everything turns dark and hope diminished. But your life can always be bright, prosperous and full of hope if you would continually commit your ways to the Lord and trust in Him. 

Make a choice before taking important step in any direction to commit it to God and trust in Him.

PRAYER

Dear Lord God I refuse to lead my life but surrender the rein of my life to you. I commit all my ways to you, my trust is in you and you will this do; you will make my righteous reward shine like the dawn, my vindication like the noonday sun, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

(NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. But at times we find ourselves in a situation where forgiveness seems difficult. If we apply our emotions and how hurt we are, it will be difficult to forgive. But how much of them we enjoy depends on our knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord. Knowledge here refers to intimate knowledge which comes through relationship.
