MAKE STUDENTS OF NATIONS

Matthew 28:19-20 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (NIV)

Prior to Jesus' ascension He gave the above instruction to His disciples. He said "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations..." The Greek translated disciples is "mathēteuō". It means to make students. He literally said make students of all nations. 

The church is a school. It is the Kingdom's school here on earth. We are to win souls, bring them into the church and make them students of the Word of God. Teaching and educating them in the truths of the Gospel and how to apply it in their lives. That's what the church should really be about. Every other would proceed from the learning we all have received and grown into. 

Everyone of us who is matured in the Kingdom is called to go and make students of nations. Again the Greek used for nations in our theme scripture is ETHNOS. It means race, tribe. This implies different groups of people, tribe, race or people of like interest. 

We not only win souls, bring them into the church and make students of them we also go out to tribes, race, groups of people and make students of them where they are. It could be groups of people in the bank, school, market or community. You take the Gospel to them and make them students of it.

If you have not been about this, then it's time. If you are a Minister and your ministry has not been about making people students of the Gospel, then it's time before it's too late. Make students of nations. 

PRAYER

Precious Lord Jesus thank You for the awesome privilege and responsibility to make students of nations. Through the help of the Holy Spirit I gloriously carry out and fulfill this great commission. Amen Hallelujah!

Chapter 2 Episode 2 LOVE FULFILS THE LAW Romans 13:8-10 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.
