DON'T HASTY OUT OF THE WAY

Proverbs 19:2 Desire without knowledge is not good — how much more will hasty feet miss the way! (NIV)

Every way is not a way. Every way doesn't lead somewhere. A way might seem right and promising but the end of it is destruction. 
As a Christian there is the way you should go. The Lord Jesus said "I am the way." There may be many ways but there is one way that leads to life eternal, that's Jesus. 
John 14:6 Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

The Christian walk is not a hasty walk. Things doesn't go at your pace nor do you walk at your pace. You walk on the way as He leads. Don't hasty your walk of faith; your progress and how much you accomplish does not solely depend on you. 

The Bible says "...how much more will hasty feet miss the way!" --- Proverbs 19:2. A lot of people have missed the way of faith. There could be pressure because the way of faith and truth is narrow, and that's even the more reason you shouldn't hasty through it. It's narrow, take your time.

You can apply this same principle in your every endeavour; business, career, family, ministry. Don't be in a haste or you might miss the way. Take things calmly, only be sure you walk in the word.
Isaiah 52:12 But you will not leave in haste or go in flight; for the LORD will go before you, the God of Israel will be your rear guard.

God guard you when you walk in His Word. He goes before you when you go in His Word. Don't leave in haste or go flight. Go in the Word and the Lord will be with you. 
You will see people who seems to be moving so fast and making much progress, don't follow or focus on them, follow and focus on the Word, only the Word knows the way. Everything else would lead you astray. Stay in the way by staying in the Word.

CONFESSION

I will not leave in haste or go flight, for the Lord goes before me. And He is in me. I keep in step in the Word and walk in it, I do not hasty out of the way. I have the way, I know the way and I am in the way, because Jesus the way and the truth and the life lives in me. Hallelujah!
