THE LIFE

John 14:6 Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (NIV)

It beats the ordinary mind to comprehend that Jesus is the eternal life. But the Lord Jesus said so Himself. He said He is the life. He didn't say He has the life but that He Himself is the Life. He is the spiritual life.

There is the plant life, there is the animal life, there is the human life and there is the God-life. Humans have human life and you can't separate that life from them. That's what makes them human. You can't separate the life of God from God. The life of God is the essence of God. That means Himself is the life. And it is called eternal life. Eternal life doesn't only mean a life that's forever but the eternal nature of God. Jesus is eternal life; He is the eternal God.

1 John 1:1-2 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched —this we proclaim concerning the Word of life. The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us.

Who was with the Father and appeared to us? It was Jesus the Son of God. The description in the above scripture referred to Him. And it says "The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us." 
When Jesus walked the streets of Galilee, Judea and Jerusalem it was the eternal life (God Almighty) in a human body. 
1 John 5:20 We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true by being in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

We are in Him who is true, Jesus Christ, and He is the true God and eternal life. And just like Jesus eternal life is our life too. All of us who are born again have eternal life and we are to manifest this life every day and everywhere. Glory to God!

CONFESSION

Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life. He is the only true God and eternal life. He was from the beginning, He appeared, He was heard, seen, looked at and touched —Him I proclaim concerning the Word of life. The life appeared; I have seen it and testify to it, and I proclaim the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us, and by Him I have and live eternal life today. Hallelujah!

WISDOM KEEPS YOU FROM ADULTERY Nothing destroys a man or woman than sexual immorality, and more so adultery. But if you heed to wisdom it will keep you from this. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. (NIV) We should not have offense we cannot forgive. But at times we find ourselves in a situation where forgiveness seems difficult. If we apply our emotions and how hurt we are, it will be difficult to forgive.
