DON'T EXPECT THEM TO ACCEPT IT EASILY

1 Corinthians 2:14 The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit. (NIV)

In the course of preaching the Gospel of Jesus we encounter people who disagree with our message and argue about its authenticity. It sounds foolish to them because they do not understand it, and it takes only the Spirit of God to understand the things of God. 

The message of the Gospel of Jesus is not for the senses. It is not something the most sensually intelligent person can easily accept. Don't expect people without the Spirit of God to easily accept the Gospel we preach. 

Aside that the natural senses cannot accept the things of the Spirit the devil has also blinded the minds of unbelievers. So you see their situation is very complicated, unless we pray for those we preach they cannot understand nor accept our message.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4 And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

The light of the Gospel display the glory of Christ but men of senses cannot see it. That's why we should pray continually that the word of the Lord may have free course in the hearts and minds of people and be glorified.
2 Thessalonians 3:1 Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you:

Until the word of the Lord have free course in our nation, city and in the hearts of men it cannot be glorified (it cannot produce results). It cannot produce result of salvation in the heart of people unless it has free course in them (unless they first understand and accept it.)
Always pray for unbelievers that as the Gospel comes to them their hearts and minds might be opened to receive, understand and believe it for their salvation. 

PRAYER

We pray for unbelievers around the world that their hearts be receptive to the Gospel of Christ. We rebuke the blindfoldness of devil over their minds, we declare their minds are enlightened to see the light of the Gospel of Christ that reveals the glory of God. We declare that the word of the Lord have free course in our nations and cities, and in the lives of men and be glorified, in Jesus' Name. Amen!
