MERCY SPEAKS LOUDEST

Lamentations 3:22 It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. (NIV)

Mercy is you getting the good you do not deserve, and not getting the punishment or the consequences of your wrongs. When we work for something and get it, it's what we deserved or earned. But if we receive what we do not deserve or earn it is God's mercy. Our theme scripture says "It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed..." 
We deserved to be consumed but His mercies. 

When mercy speaks all other voices are silenced. 
Effort may speak, knowledge may speak, riches may speak, influence may speak, everything else may speak but mercy speaks loudest. 
A Christian who will go all the way in his Christian life is one that the voice of mercy speak loudest in his life. There are many voices, and there are many things to rely on, but the person who relies on mercy will always be exonerated and given what he doesn't deserve. Let mercy speak for you, reduce your own voice, efforts, good works, riches and everything else. 

Romans 9:16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.
If it were all down to willingness or effort some of us would have gotten nowhere by now. Just because you are willing won't get the job done or take you to the top. Just because you put in effort doesn't mean you will succeed, some put in greater effort than you did yet they are still not there. What makes the difference is God who showeth mercy. 

Ecclesiastes 9:11 states it beautiful "I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all."

To be truly successful and outstanding in life doesn't depend on anything else in the world but on God's mercy. Mercy speaks loudest, let it speak for you. 

CONFESSION

I acknowledge that my effort, riches, knowledge, influence and everything else is not enough to be a success as God want me to be, but by His mercy. I therefore rely upon the mercies of the Lord, for it is of His mercies I am not consumed. My success and victory does not depend on my willingness or efforts but on God's mercy. More than ever I lay hold of mercy today, in Jesus' Name. Amen!

THE BEGINNING OF WISDOM Wisdom will begin to work in and through you and produce results when you fear the Lord. Yes wisdom begin with the fear of the Lord. (NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. That calls for spiritual insight.  It takes spiritual insight to see what we got in the Lord and rejoice. When you are ask to rejoice over something it means that it holds significance and value. WISDOM DO GOOD We already know that wisdom is known for its deeds. Wisdom is no wisdom if it is not practiced. True wisdom is practicable.  One of the marks of wisdom is good deeds. A wise man does good. It takes loyalty to wisdom (God's Word) to do good. God's Word teaches us to do good. THE WONDERS OF WISDOM chapter 4 episode 1

TURN YOUR EARS TO WISDOM Everyone listens to a voice or voices. Voices comes to one's mind through three main sources. The flesh, satan and God.  The flesh would speak to you based on impulses, emotions and sight. Satan deceitfully speak to people through their flesh, desire and even perversely quoting the Bible. Then God speaks to us through His Word.  None of these voices forces you to listen to or obey it. The flesh cannot force you to listen and obey its voice, satan cannot, and God would not. Listening to any voice that comes to you is a choice. Many voices may come to your ears but you would choose which to turn your ears to you.  You would hear voice of fear, doubt, failing, uncertainty, faith, assurance, victory, riches but deliberately turn your ears to what you want to hear.
