HIS GOODNESS AND MERCY

Psalms 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever. (KJV)

David made this great confession back in his day. He recognized and acknowledged that God's goodness and mercy followed him. He lived in the old testament times when the Holy Spirit hadn't come to live in man. Yet he experienced and enjoyed the goodness and mercy of God. Think about our day today where the Holy Spirit lives in us and with us. 

The Holy Spirit in us brought God's goodness and mercy into our heart. More than having His goodness and mercy following us we have them within us. You are full of goodness and mercy not only for you to enjoy but also for you to share. You are to dispense God's goodness and mercy to the people in your world; let His goodness and mercy flow from you to others.

The earth of full of God's goodness as well as His mercy. Psalms 33:5 He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.
It is of the Lord's mercy we are not consumed and it is of His goodness we are provided for. God's goodness and mercy are readily available to everyone of us, and you can take advantage of them.

Don't be deficient in mercy and goodness, the earth is full of the goodness of God, and you are filled with His goodness. Be conscious of His goodness and mercy and live in the light of them. You are the one God has shown mercy and filled with goodness.

CONFESSION 

God's goodness and mercy not only follow me but fills me. I am filled with God's goodness and mercy, and they are my daily experience. The earth is full of God's goodness just for me. In my home, work, business, finances, family I enjoy God's goodness and mercy, in Jesus' Name. Amen!

THE BEGINNING OF WISDOM Wisdom will begin to work in and through you and produce results when you fear the Lord. Yes wisdom begin with the fear of the Lord. BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 23rd DECEMBER 2023 REJOICE IN THE LORD ALWAYS Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! (NIV) The Apostle Paul writing to the Church in Philippi, said they should rejoice in the Lord always. He didn't say they should rejoice in themselves but in the Lord. That calls for spiritual insight.  It takes spiritual insight to see what we got in the Lord and rejoice. When you are ask to rejoice over something it means that it holds significance and value. No nobody would ask you to rejoice over something that's not to your advantage. We have everything to our advantage in Christ, and it is our responsibility to recognize them and rejoice.  Looking at your physical environment and, maybe the circumstances of your life you might have reasons to feel bad and dejected. WISDOM DO GOOD We already know that wisdom is known for its deeds. Wisdom is no wisdom if it is not practiced. True wisdom is practicable.  One of the marks of wisdom is good deeds. A wise man does good. It takes loyalty to wisdom (God's Word) to do good. God's Word teaches us to do good. But a foolish man withhold good.  DO NOT WITHHOLD GOOD Proverbs 3:27 Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act. Good is an element of righteousness. THE WONDERS OF WISDOM chapter 4 episode 1

TURN YOUR EARS TO WISDOM Everyone listens to a voice or voices. Voices comes to one's mind through three main sources. The flesh, satan and God.  The flesh would speak to you based on impulses, emotions and sight. Satan deceitfully speak to people through their flesh, desire and even perversely quoting the Bible. Then God speaks to us through His Word.  None of these voices forces you to listen to or obey it. The flesh cannot force you to listen and obey its voice, satan cannot, and God would not. Listening to any voice that comes to you is a choice. Many voices may come to your ears but you would choose which to turn your ears to you.  You would hear voice of fear, doubt, failing, uncertainty, faith, assurance, victory, riches but deliberately turn your ears to what you want to hear.
