HE'S MORE INTERESTED IN YOUR SUCCESS

3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. (KJV)

Often we pray to God to empower us to be successful and prosperous. When we start out a project we wish for success only. Then we work hard as much as we can to be successful. But God is more interested in our success and prosperity than we could ever be. 

He is much more interested to see you succeed, prosperous and in health than you could ever wish or desire for yourself. There are people who tend to hide from God and also hide their pursuit from Him thinking that He might not be interested in what they do or grant them success. Our theme verse is the mind of God and it says the otherwise. 3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

He wants your soul to prosper, that is, He wants you to grow strong spiritually, active, effective and productive in the things of the Kingdom, and He also wants you to experience and enjoy such prosperity in your physical life; finances, business, health, home etc. Your spiritual and physical or material prosperity is important and useful to God. God NEEDS you to prosper otherwise He can't do much with you. Check the Bible for all the people whom God used for great works they were prosperous, examples; Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and David, just to mention a few. 

God is more interested in your prosperity and success than you are. If you ever thought that coming to God would destroy your plan to prosper and be successful change your thinking, surrender to God and ask Him to make you successful and prosperous. 

CONFESSION

I confess with my mouth in agreement with God's Word that God wish above all things that I prosper and be in health even as my soul prospers. Therefore I prosper and succeed in my business, career, ministry, family and all endeavours. I prosper when I go out and when I come in, in Jesus' Name. Amen!

WISDOM KEEPS YOU FROM ADULTERY Nothing destroys a man or woman than sexual immorality, and more so adultery. But if you heed to wisdom it will keep you from this. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. (NIV) We should not have offense we cannot forgive.
