HE IS STILL THE SAME

Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

When we read through the Bible and seeing all that God has done we are encouraged and our faith strengthened. Then in the face of challenges we want Him to repeat those miracles and wonders He performed in the Bible. And if it doesn't happen as we desire we wonder. But He is still the same God. 

The God who called Abraham and made him, and made a covenant with him and extended that covenant to his son Isaac and then to Jacob Abraham's grand son is still the same. The God who called Moses and by his hand wrought signs and wonders in Egypt and brought the Israelites out of bondage is still the same. The God who by the hand of Joshua brought the children of Israel into the promised land is still the same today. The God who came in the flesh, walked among us, died for us and rose again for us, and ascended into heaven for us, seated far above the heavens is still the same today. 

If you sincerely look at your past you would discover what and what the Lord has done for you in the past. There were days you were discouraged, confused and hopeless but He came through for you, He made a way and gave you hope. He is still the same today. The Bible declares in Hebrews 13:8 that "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever."

His kindness is not for some time but forever. The kindness, goodness and mercies He showed yesterday, He can show you again today and tomorrow also. His blessings upon you is the same yesterday, today and forever. When God blesses you don't think it might not last; God's blessing has no expiring date; it is the same yesterday, today and forever. It doesn't reduce in quality. 
If you are in a situation where you need God's intervention, He is right here to change things for you, only believe He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

PRAYER

Precious Father I am grateful for your love, kindness, goodness, faithfulness and consistency. Indeed you are the same yesterday, today and forever. I ask Lord that you continually repeat your love, kindness, goodness, faithfulness and consistency in my life, in Jesus' Name. Amen!

WISDOM KEEPS YOU FROM ADULTERY Nothing destroys a man or woman than sexual immorality, and more so adultery. But if you heed to wisdom it will keep you from this. As we have a wayward woman so we have a wayward man. One who leaves their partner to go after another. There is no justifiable reason for it.
