GO AND CELEBRATE

Nehemiah 8:10 Nehemiah said, "Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the LORD is your strength." (NIV)

Celebration is of God. After some of the Israelites who had gone into captivity returned to Jerusalem and carried out the work of rebuilding the city Ezra assembled the people and read the law of Moses to them. When they heard it they were all filled with joy. Nehemiah one of the leaders responded and said to the people "Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the LORD is your strength."
In other words, he said to them 'go and celebrate.' 

Having found the law (God's word) which is their blessing they ought to celebrate. When you find God's word concerning you, celebrate it. We not only celebrate what the word has done already but what it will do. The past results the word produce inspires faith in us to expect what it will produce in the now and future. 
Learn to celebrate; celebrate the word, celebrate yourself, celebrate your achievements. 
Celebration calls for eating and drinking; you have to employ this. It also means sharing with people, and it's good to do this too. In this month plan to celebrate. Apply the instruction Nehemiah gave. Go and celebrate! Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.

CONFESSION

The Joy of the Lord is my strength. The Joy of the Lord has brought me blessings and peace. I am in a holy season that will never come to end. I refuse to grieve. I celebrate God's Word and His results in my life. I celebrate myself, successes and victories, for the joy of the Lord is my strength, Amen.
