GATHER LITTLE GATHER MUCH

Exodus 16:18 And when they measured it by the omer, the one who gathered much did not have too much, and the one who gathered little did not have too little. Everyone had gathered just as much as they needed. (NIV)

Everyone is in pursuit of something. In your endeavor or pursuit learn to gather little and learn also to gather much. Learn to take advantage of seemingly little opportunities as well as the big ones. Success is a product of plan and preparation. No one succeed by chance. Plan big but don't despise little opportunities that might come your way, they might even be your stepping stone to bigger opportunities. If you gather little by little you won't have little, if you gather much you won't have too much. 

In life be prepared for what might come. So it's important you diversify your plans and investments. If you have just one plan to succeed in this life and it fails you may have to start all over again. But if you have many plans and one fails you can move on with others. Invest in many opportunities that might come your way; be open to new things. One of the reasons some people fail in life is because they trained themselves to stick to one idea, one plan, one business, one method, and then one failing ruin their whole life. 
Read this 'Ecclesiastes 11:1,6 Ship your grain across the sea; after many days you may receive a return. Sow your seed in the morning, and at evening let your hands not be idle, for you do not know which will succeed, whether this or that, or whether both will do equally well.'

Don't leave any opportunity behind whether small or big. You do not know which one will succeed whether the little or big. At times the little opportunity people despised and didn't take advantage of proved costly at the end. Be broad in your mind to accommodate little and big things; be broad in your life to identify with little and big things. At times little things make all the difference at the end. 

PRAYER

Dear Father thank You for your Word that is my wisdom. Through the wisdom of your Word I recognize opportunities, little and big alike. As I gather little I don't have little, as I gather much I don't have too much. I have success in both to the glory and praise of your Name, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

(NIV) It's only the fight that you fight till the end that you have a chance of winning. When boxers engaged in a competitive fight they don't win if they quit at the first or second round, and they don't lose if they were defeated in the first or second round. If you fell once or twice or even more you are not defeated if you are willing to continue the fight to the end. You have to learn how to move on from disappointment, failings, defeat, unfavorable circumstances and opposition. You will have to move on and move away from some oppositions and enemies.
