HE BRINGS TO COMPLETION

Philippians 1:6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. (NIV)

God doesn't leave His work halfway. He doesn't abandon His work. His plan for your life is to complete all the good works He has started. If you find some things inconsistent with His will it's not that He failed, no! It only means that man failed in lining up with His will.

If you face challenges in the things you are doing for the Kingdom don't be perturbed, God is committed to it. He began it to finish it, He will not leave you midway. He keeps to His word concerning you and the good works you are doing. Your role is in His word too. Trust the word and live in the light of it. His word is His assurance.

God sustains His work in our life. He created you for good works, and as He carries that work through you He carries it on to completion. Maybe you were inspired to start a project for the Kingdom but face financial challenges, don't be discouraged; be unperturbed. He who began the good work will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Praise God!

CONFESSION

I am confident in the Lord who began a good work in my life, who also will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Through the ministry of the Holy Spirit I am instructed and enabled to fulfill my part in the good work of the Lord, in Jesus' Name. Amen!

(NIV) It's only the fight that you fight till the end that you have a chance of winning. When boxers engaged in a competitive fight they don't win if they quit at the first or second round, and they don't lose if they were defeated in the first or second round. If you fell once or twice or even more you are not defeated if you are willing to continue the fight to the end. You have to learn how to move on from disappointment, failings, defeat, unfavorable circumstances and opposition. You will have to move on and move away from some oppositions and enemies. But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead. (NIV) The scriptures declare that our God raises the dead. When someone dies it seems it's all over, that nothing more can be done. It suggest that death is the final. But the Apostle Paul says in his letter in our theme scripture "we rely on God who raises the dead."  If the dead can rise then nothing shall be impossible. What men dread the most is death, and through the fear of death many are still held in bondage today.
