BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley  31st DECEMBER 2025 RECEIVE MERCY Hebrews 4:16 Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. (NIV) God's throne of Grace is freely opened to us. Because we have Jesus as our High Priest we can approach God's throne of Grace with confidence. Mercy and Grace are available at the throne of Grace. Mercy here is not in respect to sin; as in pardon of sins, but God's tenderness and softness directed towards us.  God's mercy is care, patience, carefulness and concerns towards us. His mercy means we receive help we do not qualify for or even ask for. We are confident to approach God's throne of grace to receive mercy (help that we are not qualified for) because Jesus our High Priest offered Himself as a sacrificial offering procuring for us all that we would ever need. All we do now is to receive mercy and find grace to help in our...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 30th DECEMBER 2025 BE FULL OF PRAISE Psalms 7:17 I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness; I will sing the praises of the name of the LORD Most High. (NIV) Praising God is a conscious and deliberate act. One could easily be full of praise to God when everything is going well. There is that inspiration that follows good happenings. You naturally praise God when you got the job you wanted, you achieved your set-goals, have success in your endeavours. But it takes something extra to praise God when things seem really bad and going contrary to ones plan. It takes more than emotion to praise God. Praising God takes a different tune and tone when praising Him through difficult times. When everything is fine, one could easily be full of emotion towards God and mistake it for praises. As true joy is not dependent on emotions and favourable happenings even so true praises. You praise Him beyond circumstances. True praise ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 29th DECEMBER 2025 LEARN TO MOVE ON Genesis 26:22 He moved on from there and dug another well, and no one quarreled over it. He named it Rehoboth, saying, "Now the LORD has given us room and we will flourish in the land." (NIV) The above scripture refers to Isaac who dug wells in the place he lived at the time, which the people of that land confronted and quarreled with him over it. Though actually it was his servants who dug it. Genesis 26:19-22 Isaac’s servants dug in the valley and discovered a well of fresh water there. But the herders of Gerar quarreled with those of Isaac and said, "The water is ours!" So he named the well Esek, because they disputed with him. Then they dug another well, but they quarreled over that one also; so he named it Sitnah. He moved on from there and dug another well, and no one quarreled over it. He named it Rehoboth, saying, "Now the LORD has given us room and we will flouri...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 28th DECEMBER 2025 THE FRUIT OF THE LIGHT Colossians 1:13 who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of the Son of his love; (NIV) Having received Jesus as your Lord God has delivered you from the Kingdom of darkness and has translated you into the Kingdom of His Son, the Kingdom of light. These are two distinct Kingdoms with very contrary characteristics and manifestations. And are known by their respective fruits.  There are fruits of the light which justifies that one is living in this Kingdom. Both are spiritual Kingdoms and the only way to know which of them anyone belongs is the fruits he produces in his life. God requires us to produce the fruit of the light and it is natural for us, for we are children of light. Ephesians 5:8-10 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousnes...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 27th DECEMBER 2025 IT'S VALID FOR TODAY 1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. (NIV) God has given us victory through Christ Jesus over every thing that opposes and it is valid for today over the circumstances at hand.  At times one may find himself in a situation that seem insurmountable, and look as though he has no option but to accept the fate. No! The victory He gave us is valid for today. There are those who have been sick for years, they prayed but didn't get any better. They claimed to have used their faith but no positive changes. And have settled to live with it. But the victory He gave us is valid for today. And every sickness has to bow to it. The way to approach opposing forces is to recognize that you have a legal and valid victory over them. Some things could be legal but no longer valid, but the victory He gave us through Christ is forever valid and i...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 26th DECEMBER 2025 THE OUTSHINING OF HIS GLORY Hebrews 1:3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. (NIV) The Bible declares that "Jesus is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being." What a declaration! He is the radiance, that is, the outshining of God's Glory. He is the manifestation and revelation of God's Glory. What is God's Glory? God's Glory is the manifested presence or Person of God. When God's presence or Person is made known is His Glory.  Moses said to God show me your glory. God's response was "you can't see my face and live, you can only see my back." That means what Moses requested of God in essence was 'God manifest your presence or Person, I want to see...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 25th DECEMBER 2025 MERCY AND BLESSINGS FOR EVERY DAY Lamentations 3:23 They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. (NIV) God allotted Grace, Mercy, Blessings and provisions for each and every day of our lives. They are renewed every morning and He is faithful to this. You cannot outspend the mercy and blessings of God. There is always more than enough for each day.  Every new day is a renewed love of God for us. Every day is an opportunity to receive His love, mercy and blessings anew. Every day presents you new mercy and opportunity to rewrite your wrongs and mistakes of yesterday. You don't have to wallow in your wrongs of yesterday, His mercy is new today and He offers you freely. God is faithful to your life; He is committed to see you enjoy the blessings and benefits of the Gospel every day. The problem has never been God, it has always been man's refusal to accept the simplicity of the Gospel and its truth...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 24th DECEMBER 2025 LOOK BEYOND APPEARANCE 1 Samuel 16:7 But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart." (NIV) If you choose to know people by the flesh you have chosen to know their flaws, weakness, failures, insufficiency and all the negatives you could find in the flesh. The best of man is in his spirit not his flesh. The outward appearance of a man could be deceptive, it doesn't always communicate the true state of things. One may appear good when in reality he is not. Another may seem a bad person when he is actually not bad. God asked Samuel to go to the house of Jesse to anoint one of his sons to be king, and once he saw Eliab who was a tell, huge and giant man, he concluded he must be the Lord's anointed.  But God told Samuel not t...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 23rd DECEMBER 2025 HE IS YOUR SUFFICIENCY 2 Corinthians 3:5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; (KJV) God did not ask us to live in our own strength. What He asked us to do we cannot do in our ability. The life He gave us cannot be lived humanly. A man's failure begins when he put confident in the flesh; that is, his influence, affluence, opportunity, ability, riches according to the world's standards. One may have all these but still not get the job done. God does not only give you strength, nor does He only make you sufficient but He Himself is your sufficiency. You would find things that you are not able to do, task you are not sufficient for, obligations and responsibilities you are unable to meet but God is your sufficiency.  At times you look around and see all the things you have achieved and all you have been through, you wonder, 'how was I a...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 22nd DECEMBER 2025 HE IS EVER FAITHFUL 2 Timothy 2:13 if we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot disown himself. (NIV) God is faithful, that is, committed to His word concerning you and His plans for your life. He is committed to prosper you as He has declared in His Word.  If we are faithless, that is, not committed to what He ask us to do He will not for that reason become faithless following our leading. His faithfulness is an expression of His nature. He is faithful, that's who He is. He cannot disown Himself.  If you find that things aren't working in your favour or what He said to do is not done, it's not unfaithfulness on His part but that you are not faithfully following His faithful Word. Someone might say "I am faithful to His word." But that can't be true because if you faithfully act on His word it will most definitely produce results. The Word is ever faithful; it cannot fail.  If...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 21st DECEMBER 2025 UNTIL WE LEAVE FOR HEAVEN Ephesians 6:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (NIV) The conflict between light and darkness will not stop until we leave for heaven. The contentions against the church will not stop until we leave for heaven. Our fight of faith will continue until we leave for heaven. Therefore there is no letting down the guard.  At times when some people experience great victory they think it's all over but the battle cannot be over until we leave for heaven.  The Bible tells us clearly that we struggle, contend not against flesh and blood. That is, they are not human beings. They are spirit beings, spiritual entity, spiritual organization, spiritual body, spiritual forces of evil. And such they don't die. They have been defea...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 20th DECEMBER 2025 HE GIVES MORE GRACE James 4:6 But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: "God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble." (NIV) As a child of God you should never run out of Grace (Divine favour, ability and essence). Divine virtues, excellence, favour, ability and glory expressed through us is Grace. That means we have everything for everything as required.  But the manifestation of this grace is at different levels. And there are always higher levels to attain. God gives us more grace depending on what we did with the one we already have. You can't receive more grace if you hadn't done anything with the one you already received. Grace begets grace; but only the grace that you put to work. More grace is also received through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord -- 2 Peter 1:2. As you study and meditate on God's Word grace is multiplied in your life. As you listen to...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 19th DECEMBER 2025 SIT FOR IDEAS 2 Samuel 16:23 Now in those days the advice Ahithophel gave was like that of one who inquires of God. That was how both David and Absalom regarded all of Ahithophel’s advice. (NIV) In Bible days there were men who sat for ideas. They would sit for hours meditating over and over again; they actually played with their mind over and over again, seeing things in mental pictures. They usually find quiet place, keep around them ink and scroll. Once ideas came to them they put it down. Ahithophel was one of them. The Bible says of him in 2 Samuel 16:23 Now in those days the advice Ahithophel gave was like that of one who inquires of God. That was how both David and Absalom regarded all of Ahithophel’s advice. He was not a Prophet or a priest. Yet the Bible says "the advice Ahithophel gave was like that of one who inquires of God." In other words hearing the counsel of Ahithophel was like hearing ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 18th DECEMBER 2025 WE ARE TRANSFORMED 2 Corinthians 3:18 And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. (NIV) The Bible instructs us in Romans 12:2 to be transformed by the renewing of our mind. That transformation comes as we renew our mind with the Word of God. And the above scripture tells us how that happens as we study and meditate on the word of God.  Let's read again 2 Corinthians 3:18 And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. Firstly, unveiled faces means those who have been born again, those who have been brought out of darkness into His light. We contemplate the Lord's glory in His Word and as we do we are transformed into His image with an ever increasi...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 17th DECEMBER 2025 WALK IN HIS FREEDOM 2 Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. (NIV) God Almighty is the Holy Spirit and where this Holy Spirit is, there is freedom. And the Bible declares in 1 Corinthians 6:19 "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;" This is what Christianity is all about -- housing and expressing the Holy Spirit. One of the very things He brought to us and brought us into is His freedom.  God wants you to live in, experience and share His freedom. He set us free from the power of sin, Satan and the world. And He wants us to remain free. Galatians 5:1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. The purpose He set us free is freedom. He wants us free. Freedom from ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 16th DECEMBER 2025 HE FAVOURS YOU TO PROSPER Leviticus 26:9 "’I will look on you with favor and make you fruitful and increase your numbers, and I will keep my covenant with you. (NIV) To be fruitful and increase in whatever you do is propserity, and it takes favour to get there. And God says "’I will look on you with favor and make you fruitful and increase your numbers, and I will keep my covenant with you." Some Christians still have question about prosperity, and that shows their lack of knowledge of the truth. Because reading through the scriptures you would find that it is only God who gives and sustains one's prosperity. All the men who walked with God and became great; Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, David and others were prosperous and God was responsible for it.  It's important to understand that money is not the definition of propserity. Money is just one fruit of prosperity. Prosperity is all round ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 15th DECEMBER 2025 SEEK ADVICE Proverbs 11:14 For lack of guidance a nation falls, but victory is won through many advisers. (NIV) Some people are too proud to seek advice from someone else. Most especially when they think they are bigger than those around them. You hear them say "how can I, a whole me seek advice from that nobody?" Nothing is wrong asking your son for an advice about a matter. He could give you an advice that would work..  Wisdom is not in the size of a body, one's age, experience, social status, academic attainment, wealth or any such thing. Wisdom is divine; it could work through anybody who seeks it and yield to it.  The Bible says in our theme scripture "For lack of guidance a nation falls, but victory is won through many advisers." This is one of the very reasons people fail in life. Too proud to ask for some piece of advice. You set out a plan and go about it headlong without reviewin...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 14th DECEMBER 2025 DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS Galatians 6:4 Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else, (NIV) There are those who compare themselves to others. They look around among their age mates, work-colleagues, friends, family to judge their own life whether or not they are making progress. They find satisfaction when they discover that they are ahead of some of them or displeasure when they are behind some of them. Their level of satisfaction is dependent on how many people they think they are ahead of. Never live your life that way. It's a life of failure.  Read again what our opening scripture says "Galatians 6:4 Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else," Examine your own life without comparing with someone else. Examine by ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 13th DECEMBER 2025 HE IS ALSO A BOSS John 21:18 Very truly I tell you, when you were younger you dressed yourself and went where you wanted; but when you are old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go." (NIV) Jesus made the above statement to Peter and by extension to us today. As a mature Christian you are not allowed to live how you want. Does that mean infants in Christ are allowed to live the way they want? No, but their mistakes are mere reflection of their lack of sufficient knowledge. But the mature Christian is governed by the Word of God. God gave us His Word, it's a word of freedom.  He gave us absolute freedom in Christ and it is the freedom to live in His Word. His Word gives us life and we are required to keep the Word. The Word doesn't enslave or restrict us but we are required to live in the environment of the Word.  He is not only our lo...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 12th DECEMBER 2025 HE HAS A BIGGER PLAN FOR YOU Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (NIV) You know we all have plans for ourselves. You set out a plan about your life, marriage, business, career and others. But God has His own plan for your very life and all that concerns you because you belong to Him. And He has a bigger plan for you than all the plans you have for yourself. Oh Glory to God! At times we run around trying to get things done, to meet up with our set-goals. We set out a beautiful plan and we want to achieve it as much as we can.  Everyone wants to prosper, everyone wants to progress, everyone wants to succeed. No one ever planned his failure. Man only fails when he is unable to achieve his plans.  One of the plans God has for us in the above scripture is prosperity. Prosperity is of God and He...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 11th DECEMBER 2025 ALL POWER IS VESTED IN THE NAME OF JESUS Philippians 2:9-11 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (NIV) The Name of the Lord Jesus has all power; that is, it can do anything. Anything, absolutely anything is possible with the Name of Jesus. The Name has all authority, sovereignty and reign over any name and power. It is superior to every name in heaven, on earth and beneath the earth. It has sovereign dominion. Nothing is outside its dominion. For the Christian there is no question about the power of the name of Jesus but how to use that power. Almost every Christian agrees that the Name of Jesus has absolute power but not as many know how to put that power to work. To put the po...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 10th DECEMBER 2025 HE WILL DO IT AGAIN 2 Corinthians 1:10 He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us again. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us, (NIV) You alone can tell your history with God. You have the records of how many times God helped you, delivered you, came to your rescue, had mercy on you when you erred. And it is important you remember these in tough times. If He did it back then He will do it again this time. You may say "I am passing through the toughest time of my life." But the ones He delivered you from in the past were the toughest of your life at the time. He had always delivered you from the toughest and He will do it again. Never make conclusion about your life, don't decide your fate, God is not done with you. The God who brought you thus far and helped you in the past is willing to do it again. In every situation there is what you see and the...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 9th DECEMBER 2025 SEE BEYOND THE CIRCUMSTANCE 2 Corinthians 4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. (KJV) What you fix your eyes on magnifies. What you see becomes. What you see is your reality. How you see is of great importance because what you set your eyes on you influence and it influences you too. God has given us His word, His light to see by. You cannot see with this light by the outward man, only by the inward man.  The outward man has His sight (his senses) so does the inward man. But each one can control the other. If you see by your outward man and relates with what you see outwardly it does affect the condition of the inward man and how it functions. And vice versa; the same is true of the other. The Bible says things would turn in our favour "While we look not at the things...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 8th DECEMBER 2025 THEY LISTEN TO YOU AND OBEY Matthew 17:5 While he was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!" (NIV) God spoke these words from heaven concerning Jesus while on the mountain with Peter, James and John. Moses and Elijah appeared and a bright cloud covered them together with Jesus. The Father spoke from the cloud saying "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!" By this God commanded all existence and all that is in them to listen to Jesus and obey whatever He said. Indeed all things listened and obeyed Him. When He spoke to the storm it obeyed, when He spoke to the fig tree it obeyed. When He spoke to demons of diseases and infirmities they obeyed, He spoke to blind eyes, deaf ears and the dead, and they all listened and obeyed Him without any resistance. ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 7th DECEMBER 2025 YOUR SHIELD, GLORY AND LIFTER Psalms 3:3 But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. (KJV) God is your shield, glory and lifter up of your head. Shield is a protective armour against the attacks of the enemies. And God Himself is your shield. He is round about you as a shield, He nullifies all the attacks against you. You never need worry about all that your enemies are planning against you, only take advantage of your shield; God Almighty. He is your glory. That is, the beauty of your life. And He is your beautifier. He is the essence of your life. He gives value to your life. Someone may have everything materially but without God he has no glory. God gives you all good things including material possession. But your ultimate value and glory is His life in you. He is the lifter up of your head. That is, He is the One who honours you. Men may try to dishonour you, but God honour...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 6th DECEMBER 2025 LIVE IN CHRIST Acts 17:28 ’For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ’We are his offspring.’ (NIV) There are three realms man live in at the same time; mental, physical and spiritual realm. The spiritual realm is the highest, followed by the mental realm and then the physical. The physical is the least realm though it is the most familiar. The spiritual is the most real realm, that is, the actual realm and state of man. Who you truly are is who you are in the spirit. Where you are in the spirit is your real place. The Bible says "In Christ we live and move and have our being." Christ is your place. Live here. Christ is an actual place in the spirit realm where activities go on, and you have a place here. But like every other place you can choose whether or not to live here. If you were given a house at the government estate you can choose whether or not you wan...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 5th DECEMBER 2025 BLESS THE LORD! Psalms 103:1-2 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: (KJV) In the heat of challenges one could easily forget God's favour he enjoyed in the past; the victory God gave him, the testimonies he had and shared. If everyone including unbelievers would genuinely look for reasons to praise God they would find too many. Blessing and praising God is a way of life for the Christian, and should be his practise. Everyone has reasons to praise God but you can praise God beyond the reasons. Praise is due God. He alone is worthy to be praised. Beyond the good things He's done for you praise Him for who He is.  Our theme scripture says "Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name." This is an expression of worship. It is hallowing the Name of the Lord; proclaiming His Hol...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 4th DECEMBER 2025 IT SHALL NOT COME NEAR YOU Psalms 91:7 A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. (NIV) The Lord has given His word concerning your safety and it is worth relying upon. In the midst of the turbulence in the world God's word remain true. It's easy for you to have questions about the things that aren't working in your life but God's word remain true. A thousand may fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand but it shall not come near you. That's what God says. If it falls at your side it means it's close to you. You would see the effect around you but it cannot affect your life. No matter how close it is, it cannot affect you negatively. That's what that structure means. You may say "I am fighting for my breath, it is getting too much for me, I am losing it."  Just hold on to the word and God will fix you up becau...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 3rd DECEMBER 2025 MORE THAN THE WATER OF NOAH John 7:38-39 Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them." By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified. (NIV) Jesus made a remarkable statement in this above scripture, that rivers of living water will flow from within them that believe in Him. That brings to mind the water of Noah that condemned the world of his time. Genesis chapter 7 has the record how that water came from heaven, its flood became so great and destroyed man, animals and other living things.  Man could not have an answer to the water of Noah, devil couldn't put a stop to it. It swept the whole world away. But something more than that water resides in you. Jesus stated emphatically that those who believe in Him rivers of living water w...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 2nd DECEMBER 2025 LOOK FOR SEED INSTEAD 2 Corinthians 9:10 Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;) (KJV) A lot of times people look for where to take and not where to give, where to harvest and not where to sow, for bread to eat and not seed to sow. You cannot find harvest where you have not sown, or bread where you did not put seed. Instead of looking for harvest and bread look for seed.  God often give seed not bread. Even when He gives you bread there is seed inside. If you eat the whole bread without finding the seed to sow you would be without bread the following season. When God give you bread for this season He expects you to sow seed from it to sustain the next season. Don't spend all that you get, invest some. Don't eat all that you get, give some. He is the One who ministers seed to the sower, and the ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 1st DECEMBER 2025 GLORIOUS THINGS ARE SPOKEN OF YOU Psalms 87:3 Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God. Selah. (KJV) The city of God referred here is Zion and by extension the Church of God, of which every Christian is a member. So the scripture literally refers to God's children. You can simply say "Glorious things are spoken of you oh children of God!" Amazing things God has spoken of us in the Word. The Word speaks of you. Only the word of God speak glorious things about you, the world doesn't. People won't speak glorious things about you, even when they do most of the time it is in pretense. Don't let what the world says about you define you.  There are those who are always concerned about what others say about them. They allow the perception of others define their lives. When people say negative things about them they feel bad about themselves. But that shouldn't be.  God did not create...
