BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 31st DECEMBER 2024 HITCH UP YOUR CHARIOT 1 Kings 18:44 The seventh time the servant reported, "A cloud as small as a man’s hand is rising from the sea." So Elijah said, "Go and tell Ahab, ’Hitch up your chariot and go down before the rain stops you.’" In Bible days chariot was a form of a vehicle. It was for mobility. Elijah told king Ahab to get his chariot ready and ride off before the rain comes otherwise he couldn't ride in the heavy rain which was about to fall.  There is the sound of a heavy rain that is coming in the coming year. And you need to prepare your chariot.  1 Kings 18:41 And Elijah said to Ahab, "Go, eat and drink, for there is the sound of a heavy rain." In this coming year there is the sound of great things and abundance but only those who prepare their chariots will enjoy it. In the coming year whatever you have been waiting for will come but you will have to be well prepared t...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 30th DECEMBER 2024 YOUR POSSESSION BUT A FIGHT TO FIGHT Deuteronomy 7:1 When the LORD your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess and drives out before you many nations —the Hittites, Girgashites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites, seven nations larger and stronger than you — (NIV) When God brought the Israelites into the land He gave them as possession they found many nations there -- Nations that were larger and stronger than they.  The land was their possession given them by God yet they had a fight to fight, enemies occupied their possession.  You may ask, why would an enemy take charge of a possession given to one by God? No possession is without a possessor, at least there would be an illegal possessor. The land was legally the possession of the Israelites but there were illegal possessors in charge.  Everything the Bible declares to be ours in Christ are truly ours; divin...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 29th DECEMBER 2024 COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS Genesis 24:35-36 The LORD has blessed my master abundantly, and he has become wealthy. He has given him sheep and cattle, silver and gold, male and female servants, and camels and donkeys. My master’s wife Sarah has borne him a son in her old age, and he has given him everything he owns. (NIV) Abraham sent his servant to go to his relative to get a wife for his son Isaac. When he found Rebekah a daughter of Bethuel, a relative of Abraham, he followed her to her house to see her people. When everyone was seated and was time for Introduction he counted before the people the blessings God had blessed Abraham with. He said in Genesis 24:35-36 "The LORD has blessed my master abundantly, and he has become wealthy. He has given him sheep and cattle, silver and gold, male and female servants, and camels and donkeys. My master’s wife Sarah has borne him a son in her old age, and he has given him ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 28th DECEMBER 2024 SUBSTANCE OF THANKS Proverbs 3:9-10 Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase: So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine. (KJV) When we thank God for what He has done for us we honour Him. Thanking Him is honouring Him. And the Bible says honour the Lord with thy substance. Substance of thanks makes our thanks genuine; it validates our thanks to God.  Anybody could offer words or speak words of thanks but those words are validated or deemed genuine when there is substance to prove it. Substance proves words of thanks. The degree of thanks is measured by the degree of substance. And the degree of substance is measured by the integrity and genuineness of one's heart.  Honour the Lord ...with the firstfruits of all thine increase. -- Proverbs 3:9.  Honour the Lord with your first and best. When you bring your thank o...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 27th DECEMBER 2024 WORDS OF THANKS Ephesians 5:20 always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. (NIV) When we thank God the words we utter matters the most. It's important you listen to what you say to God when you give thanks. Your words should convey or carry what you thank Him for you. True thanksgiving is a testimony. If you don't find a testimony in your thanks to God it is not from your heart. If you searched your heart you would find tangible things to thank God for.  When our theme scripture says "always giving thanks to God the Father for everything." It doesn't mean everything you don't know. But everything you do know. You may thank God generally for all things but thanking Him for specific things is recognition and appreciation. And that is acknowledgment.  When you thank God for specific things you are acknowledging Him as your source, ability, wi...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 26th DECEMBER 2024 IT'S NOT ENOUGH TO KNOW, LIVE IT John 13:17 Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them. (NIV) The Scripture is for doing. The Word of God is for living. It's not just so should know but so we could live what we know. The Word of God is not merely to enlighten us or get us informed but a light to live by. The Bible is not a mere history book so we could read and know what happened in history. The Bible shows us the life to live. Our theme scripture says "Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them." -- John 13:17 The blessing is not in knowing but in doing. It's not enough to know, live in the reality of what you know.  There are people who believe in paying of tithe and the blessings that follows, yet they are not faithful in tithing. There are those who believe in divine health yet they are never healthy for once. They believe in divine healing...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 25th DECEMBER 2024 (Merry Christmas to you) THE ROCK HIGHER THAN I  Psalms 61:2 From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. (NIV) The Rock higher than I is Christ. He is the Rock of salvation, to whom anyone could run to and be saved. If you are faced with problems and circumstances that you cannot handle what you need is the Rock higher than you. Life's problems and challenges calls for spirituality. When problem knocks you need something higher than the natural. And there is one answer, Christ the Rock.  1 Corinthians 10:4 and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them, and that rock was Christ. This verse tells us that the Rock from which the Israelites drank water in the wilderness was Christ -- Exodus 17:6. That water saved their lives; that water is salvation. From Christ - the Rock comes salvati...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 24th DECEMBER 2024 CREATED AND BOUGHT Ephesians 2:10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (NIV) It's interesting that the Bible says we were created in Christ Jesus and also that we were bought. God created us yet He bought us. How could He buy what He created that already belonged to Him? And mind you this refers to the new creature, not the old one. He created or bought us first? Which came first? We were bought first, then created in Christ Jesus. Let's read, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. We were bought at a price, that price was the blood of Christ. The word "bought" actually means redeemed. That means to exchange. We were exchange with His bloo...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 23rd DECEMBER 2024 THE MATURE BODY OF HIM Ephesians 4:15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. (NIV) The Church is the body of Christ. And could be immature or mature as the case may be. There is an immature body of Christ, that is, when the majority of a local church is not grown or matured in the truths of the Gospel and the Kingdom.  Maturity comes when we know how to speak the truth in love. Ephesians 4:15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. It is only the mature body of Christ that effectively carry out its responsibilities of salvation, light and blessing to the world. You see, the head only gives instructions to the body, it is the body which carries out the desires or instructions from the head. Jesus is the head, the Church is H...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 22nd DECEMBER 2024 HE KNOWS HOW TO RESCUE 2 Peter 2:9 if this is so, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials and to hold the unrighteous for punishment on the day of judgment. (NIV) God has delivered us from sin by Christ's sacrifice of Himself for our sins. Today, we may face many trials, temptations and hardship. But God never leaves us alone. He rescues us from trials, and the Bible says He knows how to.  Lot is an example that God rescues the righteous from troubles. Lot lived among wicked and lawless people but the Lord rescued him while He destroyed the wicked for their wickedness. 2 Peter 2:7,9 and if he rescued Lot, a righteous man, who was distressed by the depraved conduct of the lawless... if this is so, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials and to hold the unrighteous for punishment on the day of judgment. Lot's trials and distress came as a result of the depraved and lawless ac...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 21st DECEMBER 2024 MIND YOUR WORDS 1 Peter 3:10 For, "Whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech. (NIV) This scripture implies that those who hate life and see bad days do not keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech. The circumstances of their lives resulted from their words. There are people who hate to live; they are discouraged and fed up with life and its unending problems. They always see bad days. They have seen bad days in their marriage, business, family, job, work etc. They are accustomed to seeing bad days.  The Bible says in 1 Peter 3:10, "For, "Whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech." You love life when you are winning. It doesn't mean you won't face trouble or opposition but that you always win over them, not because of anythin...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 20th DECEMBER 2024 BE SYMPATHETIC 1 Peter 3:8 Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble. (NIV) We find people in this world who are unsympathetic, callous and hardhearted. A Christian shouldn't be like that.  The Word of God instructs us to be sympathetic, love one another, compassionate and humble.  Have a soft heart for others and what they go through. It is a mark of Christ in you. The Lord Jesus was full of compassion, sympathy and kindness. And everyone of us should imitate Him. Never turn your heart away from the sufferings of others, don't develop a cold and hard heart towards people who are facing one predicament or the other. Find a way to help. There is something you could do, even if it seems little.  Love is the Christian way of life. We can't say we love people when we do not feel sympathy for what they go through. Another aspect of this, is that wh...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 19th DECEMBER 2024 THE UNFADING BEAUTY 1 Peter 3:4 Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight. (NIV) Inner beauty of the heart is very important. Imagine you visited your friend and looking at his house from the outside it look so beautiful that anyone would wish to have such a house. But when you got inside you find everywhere and everything messy; unkept and bad odoured. You would be in a hurry to leave. Sadly, most people's lives are like that.  From the outside they look beautiful and attractive but their inner self is messy, unkept and bad odoured. The Bible talks about those whose beauty is only from the outside. They are well outwardly adorned. 1 Peter 3:3 Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes.  Fine clothes, gold jewelry, elaborate ha...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 18th DECEMBER 2024 WON OVER BY BEHAVIOR 1 Peter 3:1-2 Wives, in the same way submit yourselves to your own husbands so that, if any of them do not believe the word, they may be won over without words by the behavior of their wives, when they see the purity and reverence of your lives. (NIV) Wives are advised in this verse of the Scriptures to win their unbelieving husbands over by their good behavior. And it is instructive to every believer. Portraying a Christian behavior is important to winning the unbelievers to Christ. There are people that no matter what you preach they will not give their lives to Christ unless your good character compel them to. Unbelievers do not read Bible they read believers. And interestingly they are able to tell one who has a good behavior.  Preaching the Gospel to the unsaved is very important, and living what you preach is as important. Most often, unbelievers are moved by what they see than what...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 17th DECEMBER 2024 LIVE AS FREE PEOPLE 1 Peter 2:16 Live as free people, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as God’s slaves. (NIV) God wants us to live as free people, but free from what? Free from the control of sin and its consciousness. Free from satan's influence, oppression, dominion and deception. And God has done this already. He has delivered us from sin and satan and their likes. Acts 13:39 Through him everyone who believes is set free from every sin, a justification you were not able to obtain under the law of Moses. Colossians 1:13 who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of the Son of his love; Now that you are completely free. God says "Live as free people, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as God’s slaves." - 1 Peter 2:16 Many people use their freedom for evil. They know the right thing to do but wouldn't even thoug...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 16th DECEMBER 2024 AN OUTSTRETCHED ARM Exodus 6:6 "Therefore, say to the Israelites: ’I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. I will free you from being slaves to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with mighty acts of judgment. (NIV) The above scripture was God's profound words to the Israelites. He said "I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians." Again He said "I will redeem you with an outstretched arm." That outstretched arm was actually by Moses. It was by the hand of Moses God did mighty miracles and delivered the Israelites out of bondage in Egypt. God couldn't do it without Moses. Moses was His outstretched arm to save them.  Today the Church is God's outstretched arm to save the world, and you are a part of the Church. You are God's outstretched arm, His extension to reach and bless the wo...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 15th DECEMBER 2024 PRAY AND PROPHESY Job 22:27-28 Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows. Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways. (KJV) Two important things you must do for light to shine on your way are praying and prophesying. You make your prayer unto God and He answers you. You also decree a thing and it is established unto you. Doing these two is very important in the life of a Christian. Praying and prophesying should go together. When you pray to God about something most often He inspire His Word in you to speak forth. Speaking forth those words is prophecy; by those words you decree a thing and it is established unto you. You are the first person to prophesy God's word concerning your life. So when you pray prophesy; speak forth words of power. One of the works of the Holy Spirit in your life is to e...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 14th DECEMBER 2024 YOU ARE THE ANSWER Isaiah 60:1-2 "Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you. (NIV) You know when you think of the darkness in the world and all the evils resulting from it you might get tired and worn out. Looking at the above scripture it talks about the darkness in the world and talks about the light. And you are the light. You are the answer. All that some Christians know to do is to complain about the evils and problems in the world. Don't be such a Christian, know who you are. You are the light of the world; you are the answer to the evils and problems in the world. The Bible says "arise, shine" if you shine as light that you are, darkness and it works will be defeated. Isaiah 60:1-2 "Arise, shine, for your light has c...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 13th DECEMBER 2024 ONLY GOD SATISFIES Psalms 42:1-2 As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God? (NIV) This above scripture was David's declaration, expressing how much his inner self needed God. He says "As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God?"  Everyone of us should have this kind of desire, because nothing truly and fully satisfy one's soul or inner self but God. There are a lot of people in this world both rich and poor who are without God and are unfulfilled and unsatisfied with life, but they don't know why. Some of them have all they wanted, had traveled wherever they wanted, have done whatever their heart desired, they have been whatever they craved yet constantly feel a vacuum; an empti...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 12th DECEMBER 2024 PRECIOUS AND HONORED IN HIS SIGHT Isaiah 43:4 Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life. (NIV) Every Christian is precious and honored in the sight of God as an individual. You are precious and honored in His sight. He looks at you and esteems you as though you were the only one in this world. People may not deem you important to them. They may not honor you but it doesn't matter since you are precious to God and honored in His sight. People fight to gain honor from men but God chose to honor you without you struggling or bargaining for it. Some people look down on themselves because others do not esteem them as something. They value themselves in the light in which people honor them. You don't need the honor or praise of men, God honors you, that's the highest. You are important to God, you are pre...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 11th DECEMBER 2024 BY YOUR WORDS Matthew 12:37 For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned." (NIV) There are many things that are very important to man but words are of utmost importance. The Bible says "For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned." In other words, it means what really matters is your words. It doesn't matter what people say about you or what satan plan against you what truly matters is what you say. Interestingly what God says concerning you doesn't really matter in your life until you agree and say the same thing.  Your whole life is dependent on your words; what you say concerning you matters the most. It is by your words that you are acquitted or condemned. It is by your words that you live in health or ill-health. It is by your words that you become rich or poor. It all depends on your words.  You are truly the onl...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 10th DECEMBER 2024 GOD-INSIDE CONSCIOUSNESS 1 John 4:4 You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. (NIV) The One who is in you is the real definition of a Christian. A Christian is about the One who is inside. The Christian life is about the life inside. True Christian living is living from inside out. But not every Christian live from inside out. Every Christian has God resident on the inside but not every Christian live it out, because it takes precise or accurate knowledge and consciousness. Some has a mental knowledge that God lives in them but not a precise knowledge. Precise knowledge causes you to participate in and be part of what you know. Precise or accurate knowledge is when you know something such that it becomes a part of you in such a way that you cannot be separated from it. That kind of knowledge brings you into a certain kind of...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 9th DECEMBER 2024 WALK BY THE SPIRIT Galatians 5:16 So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. (NIV) The desires of the flesh are not limited to sexual immorality. Any desire that is not sponsored by the Spirit of God is sponsored by the flesh; it's fleshly desire. It might not even be a bad desire. It might just be a good desire. For example, it's not a bad desire to want to get married. But it could be a fleshly desire if initiated and sponsored by the flesh. There is no special way to not walk in the flesh. There is no special way to identify all fleshly desires because some fleshly desires are good desires. It's easy to identify fleshly desires that are bad or immoral but difficult to identify fleshly desires that are moral. The Bible tells us the only way to not walk by the flesh, it says walk by the Spirit. Galatians 5:16 So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 8th DECEMBER 2024 EXPLAINING SPIRITUAL REALITIES 1 Corinthians 2:13 This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual realities with Spirit-taught words. (NIV) The Christian life is living in spiritual realities. And one has to first understand his spiritual realities in Christ and also being able to explain it to himself. Success and glory of the Christian life is dependent on understanding and living in our spiritual realities. There is a reality beyond this natural and earthly realm. That reality is the real deal. Part of our theme scripture says "...explaining spiritual realities with Spirit-taught words." We know, understand and explain spiritual realities with words taught us by the Holy Spirit. We explain or declare our spiritual realities to ourselves, circumstances, the world and devils. The more we declare and insist on our spiritual realities t...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 7th DECEMBER 2024 FREEDOM TO SERVE Galatians 5:13 You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. (NIV) Through Jesus' vicarious death and triumphant resurrection we have been set free from sin and darkness, and have been given dominion over sin and satan. We are set free to be free. That is, to live in absolute freedom. But what we use our freedom for matters because we shall give account.  Our theme scriptures says "But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh." Do not use your freedom to promote the flesh; it passions and desires. Galatians 5:19-21 listed for us the desires, works or acts of the flesh. It says "The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunken...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 6th DECEMBER 2024 ABRAHAM'S SEED Galatians 3:16 The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say "and to seeds," meaning many people, but "and to your seed," meaning one person, who is Christ. (NIV) Reading the account of God's promises of blessing to Abraham in the old testament one might think it was limited to his physical descendants; Isaac, Jacob and the Israelites. In the new testament, however, a great light has been revealed. The seed God referred to in the old testament was Christ. Genesis 22:18 And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice. Christ is the seed of Abraham. And that's interesting, because Isaac was the physical seed but God was looking at the spiritual seed, Christ. Galatians 3:16 The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say "and to seeds," meaning many people...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 5th DECEMBER 2024 ACT IN LINE WITH THE TRUTH Galatians 2:14 When I saw that they were not acting in line with the truth of the gospel, I said to Cephas in front of them all, "You are a Jew, yet you live like a Gentile and not like a Jew. How is it, then, that you force Gentiles to follow Jewish customs? (NIV) Let me give you the background to this verse. Peter (Cephas) visited the church at Antioch which was full of Gentiles. By custom the Jews do not associate with the Gentiles let alone eat with them. But Peter began to associate and eat with them because according to the truth of the Gospel, Christ has made both the Jews and Gentiles one. But when some Jews came to Peter at Antioch he began to withdraw from the Gentiles. Galatians 2:11-12 When Cephas came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because he stood condemned. For before certain men came from James, he used to eat with the Gentiles. But when they arrived, he bega...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 4th DECEMBER 2024 BE RICH TOWARDS GOD Luke 12:16 And he told them this parable: "The ground of a certain rich man yielded an abundant harvest. (NIV) The Lord Jesus told a parable of a certain rich man whose land yielded an abundant harvest. Instead of recognizing and appreciating God as the One responsible for his abundance he chose rather to go on self-indulgence. That was the problem. The problem wasn't his riches or abundant harvest. It was God who gave him riches and made the ground to produce abundance. Luke 12:18-19 "Then he said, ’This is what I’ll do. I will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store my surplus grain. And I’ll say to myself, "You have plenty of grain laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry."’ There was no God in his plan. No plan to thank Him or give Him anything. All his plan was about himself; how he would eat, drink, merry and enjoy l...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 3rd DECEMBER 2024 DON'T LET THINGS DEFINE YOU Luke 12:15 Then he said to them, "Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions." (NIV) In the world value is primarily defined by money and possessions. People ascribe great value and respect to someone if he has lot of money and abundance of possession. Consequently some people esteem themselves lightly if they don't have much money and possession. Don't be that way. Don't let things define you. Don't define your value by what you have. The Lord Jesus said "life does not consist in an abundance of possessions." Your life is not in your possession. What you have shouldn't be the mark of your value and what you don't have shouldn't devalue you. You are not what you have or don't have.  A lot of people run their lives and ruin their lives this way. They are accustomed to...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 2nd DECEMBER 2024 THE DAYS ARE EVIL Ephesians 5:16 making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. (NIV) The days we are living in are evil; full of evil and wickedness. And the Bible tells us what to do. It says to make the most of every opportunity. How exactly do we do that? Pray and preach. We must make the most of the time we have and the opportunity available to us to pray, and to preach the Gospel in this evil days.  What most people do in this evil days is to complain and blame others; the government, the leaders, politicians, policies and so on. But that won't change anything for better. Evil days comes with challenges, those challenges are our opportunities. And the Bible says make the most of them. Look out for the challenges in this evil days and take advantage of them. The primary way we are taught to face and win over the challenges in this days is by prayer and preaching. Praying is prophesying t...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 1st DECEMBER 2024 YOU ARE IN THE SPIRIT REALM Romans 8:9 You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ. (NIV) The Bible declares that you are not in the realm of the flesh but in the realm of the Spirit. By what does this mean? It means your origin is in the realm of the Spirit. Notice 'the Spirit' in the theme scripture starts with a capital 'S' not a small letter as in 'spirit.' Thus the Spirit refered doesn't mean 'spirit realm' as in the spiritual realm. No! It means the Spirit's realm; that is, the arena of the Holy Spirit.  Simply put, our theme says "You, however, are not in the arena of the flesh but are in the arena of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, t...
