BREAKFAST WITH JESUS

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 30th JUNE 2024 THOUGH IT SEEMS RIGHT Proverbs 16:25 There is a way that seems right to a man and appears straight before him, but at the end of it is the way of death. (AMP) How sad it would be for someone to go about a project or an endeavour or even marriage convinced that it was all right for him but at the end it was his doom! There are lots of things that seem right to the senses but at the end it is death, loss or destruction. How many have shipwrecked their lives by following ways that seems right! This tells us that life is not lived by senses. The things that seems right to the senses might be a disaster in the spirit and cost one his future. God doesn't decide by the outward or physical state of things but spiritual state. And we should function like Him. One time there was severe famine in Gerar where Isaac was living. Everyone was relocating, and Isaac got ready his luggage to relocate to Egypt. And it seemed right ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 29th JUNE 2024 DON'T NULLIFY THE WORD OF GOD Mark 7:13 Thus you nullify the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down. And you do many things like that." (NIV) The Lord Jesus told the Jews why the Word of God didn't produce results in their lives. It was their tradition. They upheld their tradition over the Word of God, and thus nullified or neutralized the Word. They had certain beliefs they had lived by all their lives and wouldn't let them go for the Word.  You have to deliberately examine your life; the principles or traditions you have imbibed and lived your life on. There are principles that contradicts the truths of the Gospel and you must get rid of them, otherwise they would nullify the Word of its power to produce result. You might ask, "can the all powerful Word of God be nullified?" Yes, and that's because the result or effectiveness of God's Word is dependent on the rece...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 28th JUNE 2024 STRENGTHEN OTHERS Luke 22:32 But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers." (NIV) In the cause of our journey through this world we face many trials and hard times which tends to prove our faith. All those times the Lord helps you.  On one occasion the Lord said to Peter, in Luke 22:31-32, "Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail...." It was about his faith. If his faith was strong enough the Master wouldn't bother praying for him, knowing that his faith would prevail victoriously over the wiles of satan.  The Lord prayed for him that his faith would not fail. And said to him "And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers."  He gave him the responsibility to also strengthen others as He did for him. He didn't criticize h...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 27th JUNE 2024 YOU CAN ONLY BE VICTORIOUS Proverbs 21:30-31 There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan that can succeed against the LORD. The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but victory rests with the LORD. (NIV) A child of God who knows who He is in Christ cannot be defeated or fail. If he ever get defeated or failed it would be his choice. He would have to choose to be defeated or fail otherwise it cannot happen. Our theme scripture says "There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan that can succeed against the LORD." And you are joined with the Lord Jesus, you are one spirit with Him. Again it says "The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but victory rests with the LORD." This means people may prepare adequately for battle but it is the Lord decides the victor. It is the Lord who gives victory.  And the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 15:57, But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 26th JUNE 2024 SET FREE FROM EVERY SIN Acts 13:38-39 "Therefore, my friends, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. Through him everyone who believes is set free from every sin, a justification you were not able to obtain under the law of Moses. (NIV) The Greek word translated "forgiveness" in this above scripture is "Aphesis." It means freedom, forgiveness or remission. True forgiveness is freedom and remission.  Remission of sin means the sin is blotted out as though it was never committed. Freedom from sin means being set free from the charges of sin levelled against you. Through Jesus God forgave us our sins; with His blood He blotted out our sins out of existence as though they were never committed. He set us free from sin because Jesus nailed to the cross all the legal charges levelled against us.  Colossians 2:14 having canceled the charge of our legal ind...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 25th JUNE 2024 LIFE CONSCIOUSNESS John 5:24 "Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life. (NIV) The Lord Jesus said those who believe in the One who sent Him has eternal life and will not be judged. Let's look into this for a moment. Will not be judged? What judgement? Judgement of sin, which is spiritual death, that is, eternal separation from God.  When Jesus died on the cross He died spiritually, that is, He was separated from God the Father who is life. He was judged for man, thus those who believe in Him will not judged; not separated from God spiritually. Because in Christ they have already been Judged, and has crossed over from judgment (death) to life. God expects us to be life conscious. We don't have impending death. The Lord Jesus said in John 5:24, "Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 24th JUNE 2024 YOUR FRUITFULNESS COMES FROM HIM Hosea 14:8 ....I am like a flourishing juniper; your fruitfulness comes from me." (NIV) Everyone wants to prosper, everyone wants to be fruitful. And everyone actually put in as much effort as they can to be fruitful and productive but fruitfulness comes from God. Those who are not Christians still has God's element in their fruitfulness because the world belongs to God; He has put something in this world, a natural law of sowing and reaping (fruitfulness). However those who are born again enjoy greater, higher and supernatural level of fruitfulness; their fruitfulness is directly of God, their fruitfulness is God's own business.  God says in Hosea 14:8, "....I am like a flourishing juniper; your fruitfulness comes from me." He is your source of flourishing and He causes you to be fruitful. This should give you confidence to venture into any business or endeavou...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 23rd JUNE 2024 GO OUT AND DO GOOD WORKS Hebrews 10:24-25 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another —and all the more as you see the Day approaching. (NIV) This scripture is clear in what it says, that we should consider how to spur one another unto love and good deeds. And one of such ways it says 'not giving up meeting together but encouraging one another.'  We are not to give up meeting together (church meeting) because church meetings (services) is for a definite purpose; to spur one another toward good works. We do not come to church just for the seek of it or to fulfill a religious obligation but to encourage and inspire one another unto love and good works.  The church is the Kingdom's school here on earth where we learn the Kingdom principles to apply. The church meeting is for train...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 22nd JUNE 2024 HE LOOKS ON YOU WITH FAVOUR Leviticus 26:9 "’I will look on you with favor and make you fruitful and increase your numbers, and I will keep my covenant with you. (NIV) God's favour is a recommendation, qualification and an ability to prosper. When He favours you that favour recommend you for good, blessing and promotion. His favour qualifies you for what you do not deserve or qualify for. His favour gives you the ability and right to excel in life.  God says "I will look on you with favour..." You are not just going to be fruitful and increase in numbers but He has actually recommends, qualifies and gives you the ability to. So God has recommended you, qualified you and given you the ability to be fruitful and increase in numbers. He looks on you with favour.  You are favoured to prosper and excel in life. You are ordained and positioned for fruitfulness and productivity. So excel in all that you d...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 21st JUNE 2024 SPEND YOURSELF FOR THE GOSPEL 2 Corinthians 12:15 So I will very gladly spend for you everything I have and expend myself as well. If I love you more, will you love me less? (NIV) For some people their lives has become too precious to them that they have forgotten it was given them by God for His own purpose. They ready to do anything for the Gospel that won't cost them anything or even pose danger to their lives. They so love their life. They would do anything to keep their life, including not to preach the Gospel.  Mark 8:34-35 Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: "Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me and for the gospel will save it. Spend your life for the Gospel. Don't be too careful about your body, spend it for the Gospel. There ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 20th JUNE 2024 LIFE IS IN YOUR TONGUE Proverbs 18:21 The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. (NIV) The tongue has the power of both life and death. This is not only about those who are born again but every man. Every man's tongue has the ability to produce life or death. You can give life or death to things, circumstances or events that has to do with your life.  It is only wise to choose to use the ability of the tongue for life only. You can carefully choose your words knowing that whatever comes out of your mouth is either life or death. Speak life only. How would you know words that are life? Through the Word. The Word of God is the Word of life, and it cultures your talk.  One important of aspect of the Word that causes it to have dominion over you is meditating on it. When you meditate on the Word it gains mastery over your thoughts and gives you a vocabulary. When you sp...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 19th JUNE 2024 HE NEVER LEAVES Hebrews 13:5-6 ...because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." So we say with confidence, "The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?" (NIV) When people come into our lives and are good to us we hope they won't leave or change some day. Everyday we hope they won't leave because they are good to us. With that we try all we can not to offend them so they won't have reason to leave us or stop being good to us. After all the hopes and trying they still leave either on their own or because we offended them. But God never leaves even when we offend Him.  He said He will never leave or forsake us. This gives us confidence not only to respond to Him but also to rely on Him. Hebrews 13:5-6 ...because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." So we say with confidence, "The Lord ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 18th JUNE 2024 HELP WILL COME TO YOU Psalms 20:2 May he send you help from the sanctuary and grant you support from Zion (NIV) God never intended that we live our lives solely on our efforts. We are His idea, we belong to Him. Everything we are and about concerns Him, and He has provided adequate help for us through this world. He sends help from His Sanctuary and grants support from Zion. Even though the physical church is a Sanctuary and Zion the help and support actually comes from the Spirit of the church (Zion). It is the Spirit of Zion (the heavenly Jerusalem), the city of the living God that sends us help in times of need. The Spirit brings the presence of God. The manifested presence of God is the ever present help in time of trouble. The Holy Spirit had not only brought us the presence of God but had also put it inside of us. We carry His presence within. From within He sends us help. Yes, your help is within you. Because ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 17th JUNE 2024 SHARPEN THE EDGE Ecclesiastes 10:10 If the ax is dull, And one does not sharpen the edge, Then he must use more strength; But wisdom brings success. (NKJV) In this world only bad things happens by default, good things seldom. Good is produced through intentional and consistent efforts. You will have to sharpen the edge of your ax constantly in order to make a meaningful difference in this world. Our theme says in Ecclesiastes 10:10, "If the ax is dull, And one does not sharpen the edge, Then he must use more strength; But wisdom brings success."  Yet even more strength doesn't guarantee success only wisdom does.  What is your edge in this world? Your edge is your highest advantage, gift, talent, ability or prospect. This could be your business, job, calling, ministry etc. You get it? Anything with which you want to use to make a difference in this world is your egde. Sharpen it.  One of the ways you can...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 16th JUNE 2024 ABILITY TO PRODUCE WEALTH Deuteronomy 8:18 But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today. (NIV) God gives wealth and the way He does that is by giving you the ability to produce it. There are several abilities He gives us to produce wealth, and one of such is wisdom.  The Bible says "By wisdom a house is built,..." Proverbs 24:3. By wisdom wealth is built; we build wealth through God's wisdom at work in us. If you would put God's wisdom at work in you it will produce wealth for you. God has given you the abilities to produce wealth and one of such is wisdom, put it to work. God's Word is wisdom. One of the ways to put wisdom to work is meditating on the Word. Wisdom makes your life easier and brings you success faster; good success for that matter. Ecclesiastes 10:10 If the ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 15th JUNE 2024 PROSPERITY AND HEALTH GUARANTEED 3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. (KJV) Even if you never wanted to prosper and live in health you should do so to fulfill God's desire. It is His dream and earnest desire to see you prosper and be in health. Reason that, first, because He loves you and wants good for you. Secondly, you cannot fulfill what He called you to do without prosperity and sound health. So your prosperity and sound health is more about God than it is about you.  Though your prosperity and sound health is compulsory to God you still have a choice to make, whether or not you want to prosper and be in health.  God said by His Spirit through Apostle John "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." More than anything you may desire God want prosperity and so...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 14th JUNE 2024 UNSEEN ADVANTAGE Mark 16:20 Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it. (NIV) As the disciples went out to preach the Gospel miracles, signs and wonders happened. The lame walked, the blind saw, the deaf heard and many were healed from various diseases. The people did not see the power behind it. But the disciples knew they had unseen advantage. They knew it was by the Name of Jesus. He worked with them and back their preaching with signs. Acts 4:10 then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed. Through the Holy Spirit the Lord Jesus was with them. He gave power and authority to their words. He confirmed their words with miracles and signs but He was unseen, and He was their advant...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 13th JUNE 2024 ALL SCRIPTURE IS GOD-BREATHED 2 Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. (NIV) The Scripture is inspired and written by the Holy Spirit through men. God through His Holy Spirit used men to write the Bible. The Bible is a manual for life from God. He intends it for everyone that is born into this world.  2 Peter 1:20-21 Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things. For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. God gave us the Holy Scriptures so that we won't be confused on how to live life. In the Scriptures God revealed everything we need to know and apply in our lives. The Scripture is us...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 12th JUNE 2024 ABLE TO MAKE YOU WISE 2 Timothy 3:15 and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. (NIV) The Holy Scriptures (the Bible) makes you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. There is so much to this above scripture. The Holy Scriptures here simply means the whole Bible; the entire teaching and message of the Bible. It says it has the ability to make you wise for salvation. But what does that mean? There are people who still do not understand salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. They would say "I was not there when Adam disobeyed God. I did not live before Jesus died for sin, it was not for my sin."  They just do not understand what salvation in Christ Jesus is. It's like what Nicodemus asked Jesus. John 3:4 "How can someone be born when they are old?" Nicodemus asked. "Surely they cannot ent...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 11th JUNE 2024 CONTINUE IN WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNT 2 Timothy 3:14 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, (NIV) One of the reasons some fall in the race is abandoning what they have learned. The reason some never have the Word produce results in their lives is because they sway from their conviction.  Mind you, trouble would come to you because of the Word. When you receive the Word temptation comes to test your true conviction of the Word. Matthew 13:20-21 The seed falling on rocky ground refers to someone who hears the word and at once receives it with joy. But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away. Untill trouble comes you cannot say that you have taken root. If you remain standing after the trouble then you have truly taken root. Things would happ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 10th JUNE 2024 ALIVE AND ACTIVE Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. (NIV) The Word of God lives. It is a living being; it is God. John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. When we received the Word into our heart it lives in our heart. The human heart is the natural habitation of God's Word. For example, it cannot live in a tree. The Word is alive and active in our heart. The activeness of the Word is seen physically when we put the Word to work by meditating, talking and acting it.  It is only the Word that has the ability to penetrate the soul, spirit, joints and marrow, and judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. This simply means that the Word has absolute dominion over the entire human person. All w...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 9th JUNE 2024 HIS LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE AND REPRESENTATION 2 Corinthians 5:20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. (NIV) An Ambassador means a representative. We are therefore Christ representatives in this world. A representative's job is not to air his ideas and authority or power but to simply convey the message of the one he represents and to do that also in his authority.  We are God's legal representatives; that means He has authorized us to represent him and speak His message. And even more than this is being His representation. Being God's representation means being the express image of His Person, His visibility, His bodily form or being. It simply means God in Person; being God's Person. That's what Jesus was when He walked the earth. Hebrews 1:3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exac...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 8th JUNE 2024 IT DELIVERS TO YOU AN INHERITANCE Acts 20:32 "Now I commit you to God and to the word of his grace, which can build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified. (NIV) The Apostle Paul praying for the Christians at Ephesus, prayed that their heart might be enlightened to know the hope of their calling and inheritance. Ephesians 1:18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, There is an inheritance for the saints here in this world and hereafter but not everyone is enlightened to know this. Only through study and apprehension of the truth of the Gospel can one's inheritance be delivered to him. So in Acts 20:32, Paul said "Now I commit you to God and to the word of his grace, which can build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who ar...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 7th JUNE 2024 HE RAISES THE POOR, HE LIFTS THE NEEDY Psalms 113:7-8 He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes, with the princes of his people. (NIV( There are some people who think that poverty is from God and that it glorifies Him. But this above scripture says the opposite. God raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap.  Poverty is anti-God. It doesn't reflect the truth and character of God. Riches and wealth are synonymous with God. It is God who bestows riches and wealth.  Why does God raises the poor from the dust and the needy from the ash heap? First, Poverty is an oppression. God doesn't want His children oppressed. Secondly, a poor person cannot fulfil God's purpose to be a blessing to others, nor can he fulfill his part in the propagation of the Gospel. Thirdly, poverty is a reproach, and it makes a person to have less regard fo...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 6th JUNE 2024 LIVING IN GREAT GRACE Acts 4:33 And with great strength and ability and power the apostles delivered their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace (loving-kindness and favor and goodwill) rested richly upon them all. (AMP) One of the resultant blessings of testifying to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus is great grace. Every Christian has received grace but great grace is a blessing that result from preaching the Gospel. As this is true we can choose to walk in great grace by passionately preaching the Gospel of the Lord Jesus. As the Apostles testified to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, the Bible says "...and great grace (loving-kindness and favor and goodwill) rested richly upon them all."  This kind of grace makes the ultimate difference in the life of a Christian.  If you observed you would discover that there is difference between those who passionately and consistently pre...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 5th JUNE 2024 THE BLESSER AND THE BLESSING Ephesians 1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. (NIV) This above scripture says God has blessed us, that means God is our blesser. But there is more in this scripture, reading intently you will discover He is not only the blesser but also the blessing. The Word declares that we are blessed with every spiritual blessing in Christ. But what exactly is in Christ? The truth is, the only thing in Christ is the fullness of the Godhead from which every other comes. Colossians 2:9 For in Him the whole fullness of Deity (the Godhead) continues to dwell in bodily form [giving complete expression of the divine nature].  The Godhead is not only in Christ but also in us. This is the true blessing -- the real deal. We are filled with the Godhead - Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Colossians 2...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 4th JUNE 2024 HE IS YOUR SHEPHERD Psalms 23:1-3 The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. (NIV) David who wrote this psalm was a shepherd. He took care of his father's sheep and knew what it was to take care of sheep. He led out those sheep to feed on green grass and to drink water from streams. He protected them from wild animals like bear and lion. So when he said the Lord is my shepherd he knew God would do all of these and even more for him.  Indeed the Lord Jesus is our shepherd. Think of your life as one being led by God through His Spirit who lives in you. He shepherds you in your walk through this world. He is responsible for everything you would have and become but you are responsible to follow Him as a sheep would a shepherd.  Jesus is the shepherd of your soul. He ...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 3rd JUNE 2024 RECEIVE MERCY Hebrews 4:16 Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. (NIV) God's mercy means compassion, kindness and justification shown to man. Compassion means God is tenderhearted toward man and seek ways to help him.  Kindness means God's help and care towards man.  Justification means He acquit and absorb man of his wrongs and its consequences.  When a man finds himself in a trouble what he needs is God's mercy. When he receive mercy he receives compassion, kindness and justification. And when these three speaks for man he receives whatever he needs. If you are in a time of need the first thing you require is not your need being met but mercy. An important aspect of mercy is that it doesn't require effort or qualification. You don't have to qualify for mercy. Romans 9:16 So then it is not of him that...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 2nd JUNE 2024 BECAUSE HE CARES FOR YOU 1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. (NIV) If we would hold onto our troubles and cares then we will certainly wear ourselves out. If we weigh our troubles on our strength our inabilities will be exposed. Anxiety and worries won't change what we worry about. But God offers to bear them. The Word implore us to cast our anxiety on God because He cares for us, not just because it's heavy but because there is someone who cares to take them from us. The Psalmist said the same thing in Psalms 55:22, Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken. God sustains. That is, He nourishes. He cares, supplies and nourishes your life. And He does that more than you could ever do. Instead of getting worked up why not cast it upon Him? I love the way Amplified translation enlightened the above quoted verses. 1 Peter 5:7 Casti...

BREAKFAST WITH JESUS A daily devotional Pastor Stanley 1st JUNE 2024 TRUE FELLOWSHIP WITH ONE ANOTHER 1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. (NIV) We are not only called into fellowship with the Father and His Son Jesus Christ - 1 John 1:3, but also with our fellow brethren. Our true fellowship with one another in the body of Christ is dependent on our walk in the light.  If we walk in the light as God is in the light, then, only then shall we be positioned rightly -- spiritually and mentally to have true fellowship with one another.  What does God's light mean? It means God's truth, God's reality; as things are before God. How He sees things and what they are to Him. If we live in God's reality, in other words as things are before Him, then we all can have true fellowship without argument of words, rules and traditions.  How is riches before God? What...
